Dysan® Material

A brand-new nonwoven material of polyolefins for terminally

sterilized medical devices packaging

Provides strong protec�on for most medium-risk and high-risk medical devices.

Excellent mechanical proper�es.

High level of microbial barrier protec�on in harsh environments.

Preven�ng the infiltra�on of bacterial par�cles and other microorganisms.

Maintaining the sterility state throughout the en�re life cycle of the packaging.

A thick medical steriliza�on packaging material enable to provide the highest level of

protec�on for the high-risk medical device and pharmaceu�cal industries.

Higher mechanical strength Resistance to sta�c water pressure, and an�bacterial

proper�es.

Effec�vely prevent damage to packaging caused by sharp instruments or heavier

equipment.

Ensuring the sterility state of high-risk products throughout their en�re life cycle.

Dysan™ is made of 100% high-density polyethylene using a

flash-spinning process forming a con�nuous fibers struc- ture, that is specifically designed for sterilized medical

devices and pharmaceu�cal packaging.
