施工方法
（1）基面处理：1、基面须坚固、平整、无灰尘、无油污、无脱落物及其它松动物。2、基面的蜂窝、孔洞、裂缝等先用速凝型堵漏王砂黎填堵并抹平，尖锐的边缘及凸起物应铲除。3、施工前，基面用水充分湿润（但不能有积水）。对疏松多孔的基面应用缓凝型堵漏王浆料抹平，阴阳角等节点处做成圆弧角[阴角R>50mm阳角R>10mm）。
（2）使用方法：1、将本品粉料缓缓倒入配套乳液中，边倒边用电动搅拌器搅拌，充分搅拌3-5分钟直至形成无粉团的均匀浆料，静置10分钟使浆料充分熟化后再搅拌2分钟。注意：二次搅拌时应将搅拌器置于容器底部，不要做提升运动，以免浆料裹入空气，调好后的浆料在1小时内用完。2、用棕毛刷将浆料均匀地涂刷于充分湿润但无明水的基面上，注意避免漏刷。当上一涂层已固化并产生足够强度后，再进行下一层施工（总厚度1mm以上）。若表面还有饰面层施工，则建议最后一道防水层应用棕毛刷作横向拉丝处理，以提高粘结度。每层涂刷方向应相互垂直交叉。3、缝隙较大处及易变形的裂缝建议采用玻纤网格布作增强处理或采用局部空涂法施工。用量：1.用于防潮，涂刷一层，厚约0.5mm以上，约1.2kg/m。2.用于防水、抗渗时，须涂刷二遍以上，厚约1.2mm，约2 .2kg/m^{2}。

Construction Method
(1) Substrate Treatment
1. The substrate must be firm, flat, free of dust, oil, loose debris, and other loose objects.
2. Honeycombs, holes, and cracks on the substrate should be filled and leveled with quick - setting leak - stopping mortar first. Sharp edges and protrusions should be removed.
3. Before construction, the substrate should be thoroughly wetted with water (but there should be no standing water). For loose and porous substrates, slow - setting leak - stopping mortar should be used to level the surface. At nodes such as internal and external corners, rounded corners should be formed (for internal corners, \mathsf{R}>50\mathsf{mm} ; for external corners, \mathsf{R}>10\mathsf{mm}, ).
(2) Usage Method
1. Slowly pour the powder of this product into the matching emulsion while stirring with an electric mixer. Stir thoroughly for 3 - 5 minutes until a uniform paste without powder lumps is formed. Let it stand for 10 minutes to allow the paste to fully mature, and then stir for another 2 minutes. Note: During the second stirring, the mixer should be placed at the bottom of the container without lifting movements to prevent air from being incorporated into the paste. The prepared paste should be used up within 1 hour.
2. Use a brown brush to evenly apply the paste on the thoroughly wetted but non - waterlogged substrate, taking care to avoid missing any areas. When the previous coating has cured and gained sufficient strength, start the next layer of construction (the total thickness should be more than 1mm). If there is a finishing layer to be applied on the surface, it is recommended that the last waterproof layer be treated with horizontal wire - drawing using a brown brush to improve the adhesion. The application direction of each layer should be perpendicular to each other.
3. For large gaps and easily deformable cracks, it is recommended to use fiberglass mesh for
reinforcement treatment or adopt the local open - coating method for construction.
Consumption
1. For moisture - proofing, apply one layer with a thickness of about 0.5\mathsf{mm} or more, approximately 1.2kg/m^{2} .
2. For waterproofing and anti - seepage, apply at least two coats with a thickness of about 1.2\mathsf{mm} , approximately 2.2kg/m^{2} .

注意事项
施工时气温应在 5°C-35°C 之间，大风或雨天室外禁止施工；配制好的浆料应在0.5小时内使用完毕，使用过程中严禁加水：开封后未使用完的液料或粉料，应密封贮存，并尽快使用：防水层涂膜厚度宜1.5-2.0mm；施工时宜采用交叉涂刷的方式；施工过程中注意保护防水涂膜不受破坏。涂刷1mm厚的涂膜约需浆料 2.4kg/m^{2}。
K11 Flexible Waterproof Coating
Product Introduction
K11 flexible waterproof coating is a two-component water-based waterproof slurry, composed of an organic liquid material (made from high-quality acrylic emulsion and multiple additives) and an inorganic powder material (made from special cement and multiple fillers), mixed in a specific ratio.
Application Scope
Suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, floors, water tanks, and basements.
Construction Key Points
1. Substrate Preparation
The substrate surface should be flat, solid, clean, free of sharp edges, oil, standing water, and cracks.
2. Slurry Preparation
Pour the liquid material into a mixing bucket first, then slowly add the powder while stirring with an electric mixer until uniform and lump-free. Add water as needed during mixing to adjust the viscosity for brushing; refer to the certification for the mixing ratio.
3. Detail Treatment
Fill grooves with sealant as per design requirements. Pre-treat internal/external corners and pipe roots into rounded or obtuse angles before construction, lay mesh cloth, and apply multiple coats appropriately.
4. Main Surface Construction
Wet the substrate thoroughly but ensure no standing water.
Apply the waterproof membrane in 2-3 coats. Wait for each coat to dry (2-4 hours interval) before the next layer.
Conduct a water leakage test only after the membrane is completely dry (approximately 48-72 hours).
Precautions
Construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C; outdoor construction is prohibited in strong winds or rain.
Use the prepared slurry within 0.5 hours; do not add water during use.
Seal unused liquid or powder tightly after opening and use as soon as possible.
The recommended membrane thickness is 1.5{-}2.0\mathsf{mm} ; apply in crosswise strokes for better coverage.
Protect the waterproof membrane from damage during construction.
Approximately 2.4\mathsf{kg} of slurry is required to brush a 1mm-thick membrane per square meter (2.4kg/m^{2}) .
Packaging is available in three types: 5kg per bucket, 10kg per bucket, and 20kg per bucket.

使用指南
1、先将乳液倒入容器，再将粉料慢慢倒入其中，用电动搅拌钻充分搅拌至均匀无颗粒无沉淀的膏糊状，静置3一5钟后，再搅拌一次，方可使用；2、用毛刷或滚刷直接涂刷胶浆于基面上，不可漏刷：3、为防止沉淀，操作过程中应保持间断性搅拌；4、长期盛水的水池应待其空置两周后方可盛水。注意事项：1、宜采取多层施工方法，厚度原则上单层不超过1mm，总厚度不超过2mm；2、防水层完全干固后方可做其它覆盖层；3、不能在5C以下环境或潮湿又不通风的环境下使用，否则影响成膜效果；4、严禁将已干固的胶浆加水混合再用；5、施工24小时内须采取保护措施，防雨水、霜冻及烈日暴晒等破坏。6、本品适宜施工温度为 5°C-40°C_{\circ}7, 待防水层完全干透后可直接用合适的瓷砖胶粘贴饰面砖于防水层上。

Usage Guide
1. Pour the emulsion into a container, slowly add the powder, and mix thoroughly with an electric drill mixer until a uniform, particle-free, and sediment-free paste is formed. Let it stand for 3–5 minutes, then mix again before use.
2. Use a brush or roller to apply the paste directly onto the substrate, ensuring no missed areas.
3. Keep stirring intermittently during application to prevent sedimentation.
4. For long-term water storage tanks, wait two weeks after construction before filling with water.
Precautions
1. Adopt a multi-layer construction method; single-layer thickness should not exceed 1mm, and total thickness should not exceed 2\mathsf{mm} .
2. Apply other overlay materials only after the waterproof layer is completely dry.
3. Do not use in environments below 5°C or in damp, poorly ventilated areas, as this affects film formation.
4. Never rehydrate and reuse dried paste.
5. Protect the coating from rain, frost, and direct sunlight within 24 hours of construction.

Construction Method
Substrate Treatment
The substrate should be flat, firm, clean, and free of standing water, with a suitable pH value.
Obvious pores and sand holes should be filled and leveled with cement mortar, and sharp edges should be removed.
Uneven surfaces and cracks need to be repaired first, and internal and external corners should be rounded.
Construction Process
The mixed slurry can be evenly applied to the substrate using a roller, brush, or squeegee. It is advisable to apply it thinly in multiple coats. If the substrate is too dry, it should be pre - wetted. Generally, at least two coats are required. The second coat should be applied after the first coat has started to dry (not sticky to the touch) and in a direction perpendicular to the first coat to avoid missing any areas. The second coat should be applied after the first coat is completely dry. A small amount of water can be sprayed to re - wet the surface before applying the second coat. For construction on the back side of the wall, at least three coats should be applied.

基面预处理
1.基层处理：必须平整、牢固、干净、无渗漏，不平处先找平。渗漏处须先进行堵漏处理（推荐使用“速凝型水不漏”进行堵漏）：阴阳角应做成圆弧角。2.施工做法：①将约总用量的三分之一的料倒在基面上。②用滚筒在基面上来回滚动，涂覆要尽量均匀，不能有局部沉积，并要求多滚刷几次，使涂料与基面之间不留气泡，粘结严实③各层之间的时间间隔以前一层涂料干固、不粘为准（一般需2～6小时，现场温度低、湿度大、通风差干固时间长些；反之短些】尽量增大间隔时间。④若防水层厚度不够（尤其是立面施工），可加涂一层或数层室外及易碰触、踩踏部位的防水层应做保护层。保护层或装饰层施工，须在防水层完成2天后进行抹砂浆时，为了方便施工，可在防水层最后一遍涂覆后，立即撒上干净的中粗砂，但撒砂只限于立面。
施工工艺
渗水面：上料前用干布将基面擦干并迅速上料。a、先用抹子上第一层料，若有漏水先别管它;b、待涂层硬化后（手压不留指纹），用水喷湿（但不能有积水）);C、再用刮板或抹子上第二层料；一般施工厚度为1.5-2毫米时，分3-4次施工，每次应均匀，不超宜过1毫米，用量约3-4公斤/m。

Substrate Preparation
1、Base Surface Requirements:
Ensure the substrate is flat, firm, clean, and leak-free. Level uneven areas and repair cracks before application.
Treat leaks with a quick-setting leak-proof material (e.g., "rapid-curing leak stopper").
Round all internal and external corners to a smooth arc for optimal coverage.
Application Steps:
① Pour approximately one-third of the total material onto the substrate.
② Use a roller to spread the coating evenly, rolling multiple times to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full adhesion, avoiding local pooling.
③ Wait for the previous layer to dry completely (non-sticky to the touch) before applying the next layer. Curing time typically ranges from 2–6 hours (longer in cool, humid, or poorly ventilated conditions; shorter in warm, dry, well-ventilated environments).
④ Add additional coats if the waterproof layer is insufficiently thick (especially for vertical surfaces).
⑤ For outdoor areas or surfaces prone to impact/traffic, apply a protective layer 2 days after the final waterproof coat. To facilitate mortar application, immediately sprinkle clean medium-coarse sand on the last coat (for vertical surfaces only).
Construction Process for Leaking Surfaces
Dry the substrate quickly with a cloth and apply the material immediately to avoid
re-wetting. a. Apply the first layer with a trowel, temporarily ignoring active leaks. b. After the coating hardens (no fingerprint residue when pressed), lightly spray the surface with water (no standing water).
c. Apply the second layer with a scraper or trowel.
For a target thickness of 1.5{-}2\mathsf{mm}, apply in 3–4 thin layers (each ≤1mm thick). Typical material consumption: 3{\-}-4\mathsf{kg} per square meter (3-4kg/m^{2}) .

施工工艺
一、基面清理
施工区域潮湿亦可施工，但不能有积水，需要清理表面灰尘：如果基面不平整，需先用水泥砂浆或堵漏王进行找平：如果地面起砂起灰情况，建议涂刷我公司的固沙封闭剂打底。二、涂刷
打开产品开始涂刷，防水产品原则是薄而多遍，意思是每次薄刷，干透后再薄刷一遍。若有裂缝处，先刷一遍，在未干的情况下，在裂缝处直接贴上聚酷布，马上再次涂刷防水涂料覆盖聚酷布。等待其干透（常温约4小时），手摸不粘手即可涂刷第三遍。没有裂缝区域薄刷一遍后，4小时后手摸不粘手即可涂刷第二遍，第二遍刷完24小时内不要沾水即可起到防护作用。如果有条件的情况下，可以多刷几遍，切记薄而多遍。刷的次数越多，防水寿命越长。
适用范围
适用于屋面、阳台、天沟、地下室、游泳池、厨房、卫生间、彩钢瓦金属屋面、桥洞及各类建筑物的新型防水涂料。
注意事项
1、产品施工温度5°℃-35°℃，遇到沙尘和下雨天气不宜施工2、开盖后密封保存，以备下次使用。
3、不能和其他产品混用，如不小心沾上眼睛，应及时用清水冲洗，若误食需及时就医（放在儿童不宜接触的位置）4、若后期会长期积水，使用本品后必须覆盖水泥砂浆作为保护层5、存放于阴凉干燥处， 5°C-35°C, 未开封保质期12个月。
