Technical advantages
Control System
The control system consists of programmable controlers, human-machine interface devices, sensors, terminal relays, digital-to-analog conversion and other modules. Industrial-grade intelligent control software controls the equipment process, detects the system's operating status, and displays alarm points and operating conditions in real time.
· Adjust freeze-drying parameters according to management authority. The whole freeze-drying process is programmed and automatically controlled. Customers only need to adjust the freeze-drying process data to form a freeze-drying process suitable for different materials. Freeze Drying System
The freeze-drying systemconsists of a shelf circulation system,a freezedrying chamber, a cold trap and various pipelines and accessories to completethefreezingand heatingof thematerials.

Thefreeze-dryingchambercaneffectivelypre-freezethematerials, and the materials can be observed at any time during the freeze-drying process;
Thecontrol system accuratelycontrolstheintermediatemediumto circulate in the shelf, and the special process manufacturing process ensures that the shelf is flat and the temperature is uniform, which improves the freeze-drying efficiency;
The gas backfill system can quantitatively fill the freeze-drying chamber withprotectivegas;

Refrigeration system
Itconsistsofrefrigerationcompressor,condenser,expander,plateheat exchanger,oil separator,pressure controller,filter,etc.The main machine adopts imported compressor or screw machine, and the shelf and water collector are cooled by plate heat exchanger and condenser respectively. The system has redundant cooling capacity, simple design and reliable installation. The compressor uses environmentally friendly refrigerant and has multiple automatic protection functions such as over-high oil pressure, overheatingtemperatureanddelayedstart.


Vacuum system
It consists of a vacuum pump or Roots pump, a freeze-drying chamber, a vacuum gauge, pipelines and a controller. The vacuum system is redundant.
· The built-in vacuum degree is automatically and accurately adjusted during the freeze-drying process to eliminate the hidden dangers of material contamination, improve heat conduction and freezedrying efficiency, and reduce equipment and energy loss;

Drying chamber device classification:
Ordinary type: suitable forfling non-standard pressure-capped containers and bulk(powder, granules, solutions) and other materials before freeze-drying.
Press-cap type: suitable for freeze-dried materials flled into vials, and sealed under vacuum after freeze-drying. Technical Feature :
· The control software system is LINUX system. The freeze-drying process is automatically controlled by programmable programs and can be switched to manual operation in real time to achieve full parameter control of the freeze-drying process. During operation, the system automatically monitors, detects, and records and stores relevant data. It can store multiple fixed or custom programs, with a storage program of >=100 (can be increased to 6o0 according to customer needs), and each program has >=36 steps,realizing multi-level management. It can be monitored, tested and maintained through the standard remote system, supporting the construction of big data and smart laboratories, and audit tracking;
· Continuously record real-time data, draw freeze-drying curve, store data once every minute (storage record interval is adjustable), standard record 100,0o0 times, data storage capacity can be recorded for 3 years (optional), with USB serial port for data mobile storage;
· The product production has passed the ISO quality management system and the EU CE certification, and the control system human-machine interface complies with the NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association)protectionregulations.
· The system is equipped with various sensors to record and display vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, material temperature, shelf temperature in real time. The operation error alarm can provide instant information alarm and actively protect the operation when the temperature and pressure are abnormal during operation. Adjustable sound and light alarm (optional) and emergency stop switch (optional);
· It has the function of alarming and automatically operating to protect materials when the automatic freezedrying ends or the equipment loses vacuum pressure during the process. It also has the function of reminding the maintenance of the vacuum pump.
· Component materials and surface treatment meet or exceed relevant national and industry regulations; · The freeze-drying automatic control system adopts PID control for both heating and cooling during the freezedrying process, which can automatically achieve repeated pre-freezing, quick freezing and slow freezing of materials at multiple rates;

·Adopt imported compressor refrigeration technology, international standard green environmental protection refrigerant, rapid refrigeration, low cold trap temperature, strong water capture capacity;
· The valve of the pipeline between the freeze-drying chamber and the water collection chamber is closed before the freeze-drying preparation and after the freeze-drying is completed, which can ensure that the materials are loaded and unloaded and the products are pre-frozen in a clean environment. After the freeze-drying, the freeze-drying of the materials can be measured and controlled to determine whether it is finished (optional), thereby improving the freeze-drying efficiency of the equipment;
· Automatic defrost function
· The optional UPS uninterruptible power supply can provide the control system with 20 minutes of power supply after a sudden power outage. If the main power is restored within 5 minutes, the system will automatically determine the safety conditions and resume the operation of the equipment according to the currentstage.
