Leading-edge strength COSCO SHIPPING Bulk Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as COSCO SHIPPING Bulk or The Company) is an important subsidiary of CHINA COSCO SHIPPING CORPORATION LIMITED. The Company’s predecessor is CHINA COSCO BULK SHIPPING (GROUP) CO., LTD., which is subordinate to COSCO Group and China Shipping Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd., which is affiliated to China Shipping Group. After the integration and reorganization, a new chapter is open for the company on June 16th, 2016 in Guangzhou. The Company is the largest and professional bulk shipping corporation in the world, with more than 400 various types of bulk carriers and nearly 40 million DWT, loading iron ore, coal, grain and all other bulk cargoes. Shipping routes cover both China coastal areas and world-wide major ports, and the shipping service networks spread all over the world.   The company has more than 1,700 management staffs and over 12,500 well-trained seafarers, who adhere to the service concept of “safety, integrity, quality and efficiency”. Our Fleets The company currently owns and controls 5 main types of bulk vessels including Handy, Supramax, Panamax, Capesize, and VLOC. VLOC includes three tonne classes: 230K, 300K and 400K. Among them 400K VLOC is currently the largest bulk carrier vessel in the world.   The average age of our vessels is 7.5 years. With high automation and modernization , the fleets can meet up with the international energy- conservation and environment-protection standards. 5
