一、概述I.Overview
JXFL-I-系列型复合圆笼除尘机组是金信集团精心研制、自主创新推出的一种新型高效、节能的除尘设备。该产品已申报国家专利,具有结构简单,运行可靠,适应性强,过滤面积大,机组能耗低,操作简便、故障率低等优点。
该产品可广泛用于棉纺、化纤、麻纺、毛纺以及造纸、卫生用品、烟草等行业的空调除尘系统中,对纤尘进行过滤和收集,以达到净化空气的目的。

二、机组结构及工作原理2.Unit structure and working principle
圆笼式除尘机组的二级圆笼式滤尘器,采用了多层固定同心圆笼滤槽、内侧双面布置滤料的结构形式,发明、设计了吸嘴轮流吸尘机构,在机械传动、和吸尘形式上有独特创新。
2.1机组结构(见附图一)

2.1.1机组主要由一级圆盘预过滤器和二级圆笼式滤尘器组成。机组外壳采用冷轧板折边成形拼装而成,紧凑整洁,美观大方。
2.1.2一级预过滤器是由圆盘过滤器(圆盘滤网、大吸嘴)、一级箱体以及纤维压紧器、排尘风机等组成。圆盘滤网采用不锈钢丝网,分块拼装,易于拆装。
2.1.3二级滤尘器由机架、多层圆笼滤槽、单个旋转吸臂及其多个吸嘴、二级箱体以及集尘风机、布袋集尘器(附振荡器)、粉尘压紧器组成。多层圆笼滤槽采用多块滤框拼装结构,安装方便,拆卸简单。
2.1.4机组电气控制箱安装于机组侧面。运行操作时,将“运行/调试”选择旋钮旋至“运行”位置,按“起动”按钮,机组即可自动运行;维修调试时,将“运行/调试”选择旋钮旋至“调试”位置,可以分别起停机组各转动机构的电动机。电控箱(柜)内装有安全保护和故障报警装置。
2.2 工作原理
2.2.1一级圆盘预过滤器主要过滤、分离、收集被处理空气中的纤维性杂质。含纤尘的空气进入一级箱体后,纤维性杂质被阻留在圆盘滤网上,回转大吸嘴利用排尘风机的吸力将其吸除,经纤维压紧器分离后压紧排出,分离后的空气返回一级滤尘器箱体内。
2.2.2二级滤尘器主要过滤、分离、收集一级滤后空气的微粒状粉尘。经一级过滤后的含尘空气通过尘笼滤槽时,粉尘被阻留在滤槽内的滤料表面,净化后的空气透过滤料排出。滤槽中各布有一个单面条缝口吸嘴与旋转吸臂连接,在专利机构的作用下,旋转吸臂在做单向回转运动的同时,吸嘴完成间歇置换动作,利用集尘风机的抽吸作用,使各吸嘴轮流吸除被阻留在滤料表面的粉尘,并送入布袋集尘器进行尘气分离,粉尘通过压实器压紧排出;分离出的含尘空气透过集尘布袋排回二级箱体,避免了对环境产生二次污染。该专利机构确保工作时只有一只单面条缝口吸嘴吸尘,吸尘点集中,吸尘能力强,吸嘴间歇接触滤料,彻底解决了目前圆笼式滤尘器普遍存在的吸尘点多且分散以及间歇状态下之吸臂各吸嘴对粉尘碾压及对滤料的摩擦损伤这一根本问题。

2.2 Working principle
2.2.1Theprimarydiscpre-filter mainlyfilters,separatesand colects fibrousimpurities inthe treatedair.After the fibrousdust-containingairentersthefirst-levelcabinet,thefibrousimpuritiesareblockedonthediscfilerandthelarge rotatingsuctionnozleusesthesuctionforceofthedustexhaustfantosuckitout,andisseparatedbythefibercompactor and then compressed and discharged.The after air returns to the first-stage dust filter box.
2.2.2Thesecondary dustfiltermainlyfilters,separatesand collects theparticulate dustof theairafter the primary fiter.Whenthedust-containingairaftertheprimaryfitrationpasses throughthedustcagefiltertank,thedustis trapped onthesurfaceofthefiltermaterialinthefiltertankandthepurifiedairisdischargedthroughthefiltermaterial.Eachcloth inthefitertankhasasingle-noodleslitnozzleconnectedtotherotatingsuctionarm.Undertheactionofthepatented mechanism,the rotating suction arm performs aone-wayrotationwhile thesuction nozle completesthe intermittent replacementaction.Thedustcolectoris used.The suction effectmakeseach suction nozzle taketurns toremove thedust that is blockedonthesurfaceofthefitermaterial,andsendsittothebagdustcolectorfordustandgasseparation,and thedustiscompressedanddischarged bythecompactor;theseparateddust-containingair ispermeableThedustbag is drainedback to thesecondaryboxtoavoid secondarypolutiontotheenvironment.Thepatented mechanismensures that thereisonlyonesingle-noodleslitnozzleforvacuumingduring work.Thedustcollctionpointisconcentrated,thedust collectioncapacityisstrong,andthenozzleintermitentlycontactsthefilermaterial,whichcompletelysolvestheurrent dustcollectioncommoninroundcagefilters.Thefundamentalproblemof dustrolingand frictiondamage tothefilter materialby thesuction nozzlesof thesuctionarmin themulti-pointand scatered stateandin the intermittentstate.

四、应用形式4.application form
4.1.本机组应用形式可正压运行或负压运行(见附图二),可以承受负压 2 0 0 0 \mathsf { P a }
4.2.一般情况下一、二级滤尘器组成除尘机组使用,第二级滤尘器也可以单独使用,但需另加二级进风箱,进风方式与一级进风方式相同。
4.3.机组进风方式可以直接从顶部、底部或侧面开孔进入第一级的箱体,进风口的尺寸、位置由用户确定。一般上进风速度取 8 ~ 1 0 { m } / S为宜,下进风速度取 1 2 ~ 1 4 { { m } } / s为宜。
4.4.机组正压运行(无主风机)时,必须考虑系统排风进入除尘机组的余压能够克服除尘机组的阻力。
4.5.机组负压运行时,需另加后方箱与主风机连接。
4.2.Ingeneral,thefirstandsecond-stagedustfiltersareusedasadustremovalunit.Thesecond-stagedustfiltercan also beusedalone,butasecond-stageair inletboxisrequired.Theair nletmethodisthesameas thefirst-stageairinlet method.
4.3.Theair intake modeof theunitcandirectlyenterthefirst-stagecabinetfrom thetop,botom orside openings.The sizeand position of the air inlet are determined by the user.Generaly,the upperair inlet speed should be 8 ~ 1 0 { m / s } ,and the lower air inletspeed should be 1 2 ~ 1 4 { { m / s } }
4.4.When theunit is operating underpositive pressure (without main fan),it must beconsidered that the residua pressureofthesystemexhaustairentering thedustremovalunitcanovercometheresistanceof thedustremovaluni.
4.5.Whentheunitisoperating under negative pressure,anaditional rearbox isrequiredtoconnectto the main fan.
五.安装注意事项5.InstallationPrecautions
5.1.除尘机组的安装场所必须干燥、通风、宽,具有平整的水泥地坪,其不平整度应 <= 2 / 1 0 0 0 0
5.2.机组安装前应根据除尘机组规格和除尘设备布置图,实地测量放线定位。设备与周围墙体、物体必须有足够的位置,以便操作和维修,机房的高度一般应 { >=slant } 3 6 0 0 { \mathsf {mm } } ,机组箱体前端距墙 >= 1 5 0 0 {mm } ,机组检修门侧距墙 >=slant 1 5 0 0 \mathsf {mm } 主风机后侧距墙 >=slant 7 0 0 \mathsf {mm } 。
5.3.机组可以直接安装在水泥地坪上,不需要地脚螺栓固定。
5.4.主风机安装须根据风机样本和施工设计要求制做设备基础或预埋地脚螺栓。
5.5.根据机组样本要求和现场情况预埋风机及其它电气线管并穿好电线。
5.6.开箱按装箱单清点设备零部件、标准件、辅机以及各种构件,核收随机技术资料。
5.7.安装前所有油漆件的连接内螺孔必须预先用丝攻回攻一次。
5.8.安装前各板体连接结合面、滤框与后架结合面预先粘贴相应宽度的海绵不干胶,确保机组密封良好;与机组连接的金属工艺排风管道,应用漆膏(或玻璃胶)灌缝,法兰处应加垫片密封安装,以保工艺排风系统工况正常。

5.3.The unit can be installed directly on the cement floor without anchor bolts.
5.4.Fortheinstalationofthemainfan,theequipmentfoundationorpre-buried anchorbolts mustbemadeaccording othefansampleandconstructiondesignrequirements.
5.5.Pre-embed thefanand other electrical conduitsand thread thewiresaccording totherequirementsof the unit sample and the site conditions.
5.6.Unpack theequipmentparts,standardparts,auxiliarymachineryandvariouscomponentsaccordingtothepacking list,and check and receive the random technical data.
5.7.The internal screw holes of allpainted parts must be tapped back onceinadvance withawire tap before installation.
5.8.Before instalation,the bondingsurfaceofeach board body,thebondingsurfaceof thefilterframeand therear frameshallbe pasted with sponge stickersof corresponding width inadvancetoensure thattheunit is well sealed;the metalprocess exhaustductconnectedtotheunitshallbepaintedwith paint (orglass glue))Filingthejointsandsealingthe flanges with gaskets to ensure the normal working conditions of the process exhaust system.

6.1.按机组电气原理图所标名称、规格,正确连接各电动机至电控箱(柜)接线。线路必须采用金属护套管,对穿过板体的电气管线必需加装橡胶密封圈,保证机组密封性良好;机内电气线路应布置整齐,所有电器接线必须牢固可靠,不得有松动现象。
6.2.电控箱安装保证平稳牢固并要求接地良好,其与机组的连接螺栓头一律放在机组内侧,以防挂花,线路在与金属穿地管口处加橡胶护套,保证电线不直接与管口相接触,避免管口锐缘划破电线绝缘皮。
6.3.按电控箱电源要求接入总电源。

八、机组的调试 8. Commissioning of the unit
8.1调试前注意事项
8.1.1检查整个机组有无漏装、错装,一旦发现,及时补装、调整。
8.1.2检查主机、各辅机之间的连接是否牢固、可靠,连接管、各箱板连接缝处是否密封良好,如有漏风之处需予以密封处理,连接螺丝必须全部装齐、拧紧。
8.1.3各运动部件应灵活自如,不得有滞、卡等现象。风机机壳内不得有任何杂物。
8.1.4检查电气穿线、接线是否正确,逐一拧紧接线螺丝,接地良好。
8.1.5清除机组内外杂物,机组外壳体底部四周用水泥沙浆或密封胶密封,固化后方可开机试行。
8.1.6.一级吸嘴传动减速机、粉尘压紧器减速机在初运行前,必须加注润滑油,油位达油标2/3左右为宜(详见11.2条)。
8.2一级预过滤器调整
8.2.1根据使用场合及工艺需要,调整大吸嘴吸口距网面的距离,通常取值为 1 0 ~ 3 0 {mm } ,含短绒较多而纤维少的除尘系统取小值(如清棉、气流纺除尘等),含长纤维较多的取大值(如梳棉、精梳除尘等);吸嘴与网面间距各处均匀,偏差应 <=slant 5mm 。
8.2.2调整一级吸嘴传动电动机减速机位置,使三角带保持直线、松紧适度。
8.2.3调整吸嘴里段,使之进风口与吸嘴出风口间密封良好,并无碰擦现象。
8.2.4纤维压紧器在出厂前已作调整,一般不需再调。在机组负荷运行时,如发现压紧器有糊网现象,则再对压紧器进行调整。调整时先拆下减速机顶盖,微调锁紧螺母,使螺杆轴叶片与网筒内铜条间隙适当减小且保证均匀,边调边观察(确保安全),直至糊网现象消除即告完成(调整时应避免叶片摩擦铜条)。
8.3.二级滤尘器调整
8.3.1检查安装在吸臂上的吸嘴与尘笼滤槽的间隙均匀,吸臂试转一周,观察四至六点,如在同一方向偏差 { >= } 2 . 5 \mathsf {mm } \mathtt { H } \mathtt { J } 适当松开换向机构与后架发兰8-M 1 0 ^ { * } 3 0 连接螺栓,通过调节另外8-M1 0 ^ { * } 3 0 支撑螺栓,达到间隙均匀后再逐一拧紧连接螺栓。
8.3.2检查各吸嘴吸口相对位置是否正确,如有偏移,松开传动链条,转动切换吸嘴达到要求(JXYL-II-4、JXYL--4A型切换吸嘴吸口相互逐一错位 4 5 ^ { \circ } ;JXYL-II-5、JXYL-III-5A型切换吸嘴吸口相互逐一错位 3 6 ^ { \circ } ),然后再安装链条。
8.3.3检查上、下吸尘管连接是否牢固,吸臂吸尘接头部件与下吸尘管弯头联接应密封良好。
8.3.4调整振荡电动机高度,使筛圈滚轮在凸轮中间滚动。
8.3.5将集尘布袋的扎带全部系到振荡筛圈上,适当调整集尘布袋的上下松紧度,确保滤袋适度绷紧后再紧固滤袋上下抱箍。
8.4电动机转向的调整
8.4.1将“运行/调试”按钮旋至“调试”位置,试送电源。
8.4.2分别点动集尘、排尘风机,确保其转向完全正确。
8.4.3分别点动纤维压紧器、粉尘压紧器电动机,确保螺旋轴转向正确。
8.4.4使震荡机构凸轮与滚轮脱开,通过点动电机,确保凸轮转向正确。
8.4.5分别点动一级吸嘴、二级吸臂的电动机,观察吸嘴、吸臂的转动情况;将“调试/运行”选择开关旋至“运行”位置,使机组自动运行一个周期,确保程序正确。
8.1 Precautions before commissioning

8.2 Primary pre-filter adjustment

8.2.4The fiber compactorhas beenadjustedbefore leaving the factory,andgenerallydoes notneed tobeadjusted again.Whentheunitisruningunderload,ifitisfoundthatthecompactorisstuckin thenetwork,thenthecompactor shouldbeadjusted.Whenadjusting,firstremove thetopcoverof thereducer,andfine-tunethelock nutsothatthegap between thescrewshaft bladeandthecopper strip in thenetbarelisappropriatelyreducedand ensureduniformity.While adjustingandobserving (toensuresafety),itwillbecompleteduntilthenetstickingphenomenoniseliminated.(When adjusting,avoid theblades from rubbingagainst the copperstrips).
8.3.Secondary dust filter adjustment
8.3.1 Check that the gap between the suction nozze installed on the suctionarmand thefiler tank of the dust cage iseven,andthesuctionarmmakesatrialturnandobservesfourtosixpoints.Ifthedeviationinthesamedirectionis >= 2 . 5 \mathsf {mm } ,loosen thereversingmechanismand Frame the 8 { - } \mathsf { M } 1 0 ^ { \ast } 3 0 connecting bolts of the flange,byadjusting the other 8 { - } M 1 0 ^ { \ast } 3 0 supporting bolts,and then tighten the connecting bolts one by one after the gap is uniform.

8.3.4 Adjust the height of the oscilating motor to make the screen roller rollin the middle of the cam.
8.3.5Tieallthe tiesofthe dustbag tothevibrating screenring,adjust the upperand lowertightnessof thedust bag appropriatelytoensurethatthefilterbagisproperlytightened,andthentightentheupperandlowerhoopofthefilterbag.
8.4 Adjustment of motor steering
8.4.1 Rotate the "Run/Debug" button to the "Debug" position,and test the power supply.
8.4.2Respectivelyactivate thedustcollecting andexhaustingfans toensure thatthedirectionof rotation iscompletely correct.
8.4.3Jog themotorsof thefibercompactoranddustcompactorrespectivelytoensurethecorectrotationofthe screw shaft.
8.4.4 Disengage thecam oftheoscilating mechanism fromtheroller,and ensure the correct rotationof the cam by inching the motor.
8.4.5Jog the motorsof thefirst-stage suction nozzleand the second-stagesuctionarmrespectivelytoobserve the rotationof thesuctionnozzleandthesuctionarm;turnthe"Debug/Run"selectorswitchtothe"Run"positiontomakethe unitautomatically run for one cycle.Make sure the procedure is correct.

9.1除尘系统操作
9.1.1系统起动
必须先起动除尘机组,待运行正常后再起动主风机,然后起动工艺设备。
9.1.2系统停车
系统正常运行关机,必须先停工艺设备,然后按除尘机组的“停止”按钮,机组及系统风机全部停机。
当除尘系统运行发生故障需紧急停车时,只需按除尘机组的“停止”按钮,机组停机。
9.2.机组自动“运行”操作
机组在准备投入运行时,将“运行/调试”选择开关旋至“运行”位置,接通电源,按“起动”按钮,机组即按设计好的程序依次自动起动二级、一级滤尘器及其各辅机,各电动机起动后相应的信号灯亮(此时各“调试”操作按钮无效);待机组全部起动后,按系统风机“起动”按钮,系统风机开始运行(接力风机、主风机)。
9.3.机组手动“调试”操作
机组在维修调整或试车时,将“运行/调试”选择开关旋至“调试”位置,按“起动”按钮后,即可按机组各电动机的“操作按钮”,机组二级各电动机的“操作按钮”按奇数次时“起动”,按偶数次“停止”;机组一级各电动机的“操作按钮”为点动;系统风机调试时按其“起动”按钮,风机即转动,按“停止”按钮则停机。
9.4除尘机组试车
除尘机组各传动机构和辅机调整正常后,可以对除尘机组进行空负荷试运转,观察运行情况,运行程序是否正确(吸臂、集尘风机、振荡器、粉尘压紧器);必须保证除尘机组无故障连续运行24小时后,方可进行系统运行。
9.5系统试运行
9.5.1系统试运行前检查、清理除尘管道、除尘机组和主风机内的杂物。
9.5.2调整主风机转向,点动检查并调整主风机电动机转向正确;主风机单机运行3分钟,注意有无异常情况,电动机电流是否正常。关机后再次检查、清理进入机组的杂物。
9.5.3系统试运行前,需将粉尘压紧器出口用废棉堵实,以防机组负压运行时倒风引起灰斗内粉尘堵塞等故障。
9.5.4系统试运行:按系统开车顺序,逐步开启除尘机组、主风机,观察系统试运行情况(机组压力和阻力)。如无异常情况,除尘系统可以正式投入负荷运行。
9.1Dust removal system operation

Afterthe transmission mechanism andauxiiary equipment of the dust removal unit areadjusted normally,the dust removalunitcanbetested with no loadtoobservetheoperationand whethertheoperation procedure iscorect (suction arm,dustcolector,oscilatordustcompactor);dustremovalmustbeensuredThesystemcanbeoperatedonlyafterthe unit has beenrunning for24 hourswithoutfailure.
9.5 System Trial Operation
9.5.1Checkandcleanupthedebris in thedustremovalpipeline,dustremovalunitand mainfanbefore thesystemtrial operation.
9.5.2Adjust therotationdirectionof themainfan,jogtocheckandadjusttherotationdirectionofthemainfanmotor; runthemainfanstand-alonefor3minutes,payattentiontowhether thereareabnormalconditionsandwhetherthe current of themotoris normal.After shuting down,check againand clean up the sundriesentering the unit.
9.5.3Before thesystemtrialoperation,theoutletofthedustcompactorshouldbe blockedwithwaste coton toprevent malfunctionssuchasdustblockageintheash hoppercausedbythereversewindduringthenegativepressureoperationof the unit.
9.5.4 System trial operation:According to the system startup sequence,gradualy turn on the dust removal unit and main fan,andobservethesystem trialoperation (unitpressureandresistance).If thereisnoabnormalsituation,thedust removal systemcanbe officiallyput into operationat load.
十、运行管理和维护保养 10.Operation management and maintenance
10.1.运行管理
10.1.1在设备正常运行过程中,不得打开检修门,每2小时检查一次主辅机的工作情况,如有异常应及时停车处理。
10.1.2定时清运机组纤维压紧器和粉尘压实器排出的纤维和粉尘,但严禁人为掏清粉尘压紧器中的尘杂,以免倒灌风引起集尘系统故障。
10.1.3每班停车时检查一级吸嘴吸棉情况,网面是否清洁、破损,吸嘴内外有无挂花,如出现网面破损、吸嘴挂花应及时修补、清理,严禁一级长纤维进入二级尘室内。
10.1.4每班检查纤维分离压紧器有无纤维绕轴现象,如有应及时清理。
注意:在检查或清理时,必须关闭纤维分离压紧器电源,以防造成人身意外伤害事故。
10.1.5每班检查二级滤尘器的运转情况,吸嘴上的密封材料是否损坏,有无长纤维堵塞吸嘴(如有,立即将吸嘴里面堵塞纤维清除,并将二级尘室地板和滤料上的纤维清除干净),振荡机构运转是否正常,吸尘软管是否损坏,尘笼内粉尘是否吸清等,出现问题必须及分析处理。
10.1.6每班检查一、二级压差有无大的波动,如压差明显增大,说明一级或二级吸尘系统工作不正常,应及时进行分析、处理。
10.1.7每班对机组底板做一次清洁工作,每周对机组内部全面清理积尘一次。
10.2.维护保养
10.2.1每月检查二级吸嘴吸口两侧密封材料是否损坏,如有损坏必须进行调整、修复、更换。
10.2.2电气部门每月对电控柜进行一次清洁和检查工作,每年进行一次全面检修,以确保安全可靠。
10.2.3电气部门每年应对除尘设备的各电动机进行一次清洗轴承和更换油脂。
10.2.4.每六个月拆卸检查、清洁一次换向机构,重点检查:
1)、吸嘴密封材料有无明显变形并清洁其表面灰尘,当密封材料磨损严重并影响其密封性能时,应立即予以更换,具体方法如下:清除破损密封材料,将吸管外表面清洁干净后,用w495胶粘结新的密封材料于吸管外表面,待胶粘固化后方可正常使用。
2)、主动拨轮、槽轮磨损情况并清洁槽间灰尘,加注油脂;
3)、传动齿轮、链轮、链条是否完好。
10.1.Operation Management

Long fibers enter the secondary dust chamber.
10.1.4 Check thefiberseparationandcompressiondeviceeveryshiftforfiberwindingphenomenon,ndcleanitintime if there is any.
Note:During inspectionorcleaning,thepower supplyof thefiber separationandcompresion devicemust be turned off to prevent personal injury.
10.1.5 Check theoperationof thesecondarydustfitereveryshift,whetherthesealingmaterialonthe suction nozzle isdamaged,whethertherearelongfibersblocking thesuctionnozle(ifany,immediatelyremovethecloggedfibersin thesuctionnozzle,andremovethesecondarydustroomfloorAndthefiberonthefiltermaterialiscleaned),whetherthe oscllatingmechanismisoperatingnorallyhethertheustsuctionoseisdamaged,whetherthedustintheustcageis cleaned,etc.,problems must be analyzed and dealt with.
10.1.6 Check whetherthereisalargefluctuation in thefirstandsecond pressure diference ineachshift.Ifthepressure diferenceincreasessignificantlyitmeansthatthefirstorecondleveldustcolectionsystemisnotworkingproperlyand analysisand treatment should be carried out in time.
10.1.7 Clean the bottom plate of the unit every shift,and clean the dust inside the unit oncea week.
10.2.Maintenance
10.2.1Checkwhether thesealingmaterialonbothsidesof thesecondarysuctionnozzleisdamaged everymonth.Ifit isdamaged,itmustbeadjusted,repairedand replaced.
10.2.2Theelectricaldepartmentshallcleanand inspecttheelectricalcontrolcabinetonceamonth,andconducta comprehensive overhaul onceayear toensure safetyand reliability.
10.2.3Theelectrical department shallclean the bearings and replace the grease of each motorof thedustremoval equipmentonceayear.
10.2.4.Disassemble,inspect and clean the reversing mechanism every six months,focusing on the following inspections:
1)Whetherthesealing materialofthesuction nozzleisobviouslydeformedand cleanitssurfacedust.When thesealing materialisseverelyworandaffctsitssealingperformance,itshouldbereplacedimmediately.Thespecificmethodisas follows:remove thedamagedsealingmaterialandcleantheoutersurfaceof thesuction tube,Usew495gluetobondthe newsealingmaterial totheoutersurfaceofthestraw,and itcanbeusednormalyaftertheglueis cured.
2)The wearof the active dial and the grooved wheel,clean the dust between the grooves,and add grease;
3)Whether the transmission gear,sprocket and chain are in good condition.
10.2.5尘笼滤料更换,当二级阻力明显增大或长毛绒滤料积灰、磨损严重时,视具体情况更换滤料(滤料配置见附图四)。具体方法如下:
10.2.5Replace thefiler materialofthedustcage.When thesecondaryresistanceincreasessignificantlyor the plush filter materialaccumulates dustandwearsseriously,replace thefiltermaterialaccording tothespecificconditins (see Figure 4 for the filtermaterial configuration).The specific method isas follows:

1)、拆卸滤框前压板及滤框与后架连接螺栓,卸下滤框;
2)、松开滤框两端固定滤料的U形塑料卡的固定钢丝并将U形塑料卡拆除;
3)、从滤框下部撕开尼龙搭扣;
4)、将长毛绒滤料从滤框上部Y形卡中抽出;
5)、换上备用滤料并安装滤框,安装顺序与拆除相反。
10.2.6每年应对各传动机构进行检修、清洁,更换易损件。
10.2.7为确保除尘机组安全、可靠运行,严禁采用任何方式将地面杂物(如:扫地花等)推入除尘管道。
1)Removethefront pressureplateofthefilterframeandtheboltsconnecting thefilterframeand therearframe,and remove thefilterframe;
2)Loosenthefixingwireofthe U-shaped plasticcardthatfixesthefiter materialatboth endsofthefilterframeand emove the U-shaped plastic card;
3).Tear off the Velcro from the lower part of the filter frame;
4) Pull outthe plush filter material from the Y-shaped card on the upper part of the filter frame;
5)Replacethesparefitermaterialandinstallthefilterframe,theinstallationsequenceisoppositetotheremoval
10.2.6 Eachtransmisionmechanismshouldbeoverhauled,cleaned,andvulerable partsreplacedeveryyear.
10.2.7Inordertoensure thesafeandreliable operationof thedustremovalunit,itis strictlyforbidden to push ground debris (such as sweeping flowers,etc.) into the dust removal pipeline in any way.
十一、设备润滑11.Equipment lubrication
11.1本机上所有摆线减速机(纤维压紧器减速机、二级主传动减速机、振荡器减速机)及所有电动机轴承等在出厂前均已加注了润滑脂,初运行时一般不需另加,以后每运行一年须换加一次润滑脂,换脂或加脂时需打开减速机的封盖,并清洗去除残脂。
11.2本机上的其它减速机(一级吸嘴传动减速机、粉尘压紧器减速机)在安装后试运行前,必须加注润滑油;油位高度以达油标的三分之二高度为宜;减速机初次运转300小时后,对润滑油作第一次更换,以后每隔6个月换油一次;如果每天工作10个小时以上,每3个月换油一次;换油时,应清洗、去除残留油污。
11.3长期未使用的减速机重新起动前,必须更换润滑脂(油)。
11.4严禁注入不清洁或有腐蚀性的润滑脂(油),必须加注同型号的润滑脂(油)。
10.5润滑脂(油)型号选择见附表1:
11.1All cycloidreducers(fibercompactorreducer,secondarymaindrivereducer,oscilatorreducer)andallmotor bearingsonthis machine have been greasedbefore leavingthe factory.Generall,theyarenot intheinitialoperation. It needs to beaddedseparately,and the grease mustbechanged everyyearafteroperation.Whenchangingoradding grease,the cover of the reducer must be opened and cleaned to remove residual grease.
11.2 The other reducers on this machine (first-stage suction nozle drive reducer,dust compactor reducer) must beflled withlubricatingoilbefore trialoperationafterinstalltion;theoillevelshouldbetwo-thirdsoftheoilstandard. Appropriate;thelubricatingoilshouldbereplacedforthefirstimeafter3Oohoursofoperationofthereducer,andtheoil shouldbechangedevery6monthsthereafter;if hereducerworksformorethan10hoursaday,theoilshouldbechanged every 3 months;when changing the oil, Clean and remove residual oil stains.
11.3The grease (oil) mustbe replaced before the reducer that has not been used fora long time is restarted.
11.4It is strictlyforbidden to injectuncleanorcorrosive grease (oil),and thesame typeof grease (oil) mustbeadded

十三、注意事项13.Precautions
13.1.检修人员进入机组内,应先切断电源。
13.2.机组内严禁烟火。
13.3.非电气专业人员不得维修、调整电气元件、PC机内电源及程序。
13.4.本产品进行必要的技术改进,恕不事先通知。
