Particle shape advantages of VC series cone crusher
In the whole working process of the cone crushing chamber, the more often the extrusion crushing occurs, the lower
the content of elongated and flaky particles in the crushed product is. Therefore, increasing the rotation speed of the
eccentric shaft or the eccentric body can improve the particle shape of the crushed product to some extent.
The VC series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushing chamber from NFLG has a unique rolling bearing design,

Low equipment cost and simple maintenance:
The equipment is light and can be operated on a simple steel structure;

Maintenance conditions have been greatly improved: The manually opened
and closed device on the top of the crushing chamber is installed on the

air screening. With a five-hole rotor structure and adjustment of the gap between the Rotor throwing hammer and the
ring lining plate and based on the centrifugal crushing principle of \"stone hitting stone\", the raw materials entering
the crusher are crushed, reshaped and ground to realize the combination of crushing and high-density crushing, thus
effectively improving the particle shape of finished sand and increasing the generation of fine aggregates; By use of

Characteristics of YS series circular vibrating screen
Stable and reliable excitation source
The vibration exciter is standard equipment for the YS series
vibrating screen. Through adjusting the number of clump weights,
different excitation force requirements of various specifications
of vibrating screens can be met.
Longer bearing service life
Compared with the shaft eccentric duplex bearing design, 4 sets
of bearings can provide higher load and longer service life, and the
excitation force generated by the eccentric block passes through
the center of the thickness of the side plate, and the force
condition of the side plate is more ideal.
Convenient amplitude adjustment
By increasing or decreasing the number of clump weights, the
excitation force can be changed, and the amplitude of the
screening machine can be easily adjusted according to the site

Grease lubrication system

The motor drives the bearing block through the V-belt, and

NAS powder removal equipment
It is mainly used for the treatment of excess stone powder in the materials in the front
end of the sand making equipment, and can remove excess mud and stone powder below
150μm in the raw materials.

1. With dry classification, the complete machine adopts air classification, and the air inside
the chamber circulates to treat the powder without external fans.
2. The classification points are adjustable, there are multiple classified adjustable points
built-in, the number of rotations of main fan blades, auxiliary fan blades, and rotation

3. With low cost, it is made of wear resistant steel and vulnerable parts have little wear

The NHS fine powder separator is a centrifugal air classifier with a simple structure. The efficient
classification of fine powder is realized by using the wind force generated by centrifugal force. At
the time of classification, the raw material rises from the lower part of the separator by the airflow,
and then the fine powder is separated under the action of the rotary classification board. To improve
the classification efficiency, the dispersing cone and air circulation port are originally designed on
the machine. It is mainly used to separate coarse powder (above 45μm) and fine powder (below
45μm) in stone powder after production of sand and gravel aggregates.

import NHS to maximum recovery of 12% of the coarse stone powder to improve the sand rate and
output. The fine stone powder (below 45μm) separated by NHS depends on the raw material. Some
