施工工艺Constructionprocess

基面处理：混凝土基面预处理，打磨、清理，修补伸缩缝及孔洞等；
底漆层：滚涂环氧底油V-30；
水性复合砂浆层：镊涂一遍WEC；
底漆层：打磨WEC后，滚涂环氧底油V-30；
砂浆腻子层：用环氧中涂材料VF-MA调配石英砂至施工所需厚度并批刮腻子； 铺设铜箔：横、纵向间隔2M x 2M或4M x 4M铺设铜箔（铜箔上用VF-C-M封闭一遍） 导电底油层：辊、刮涂导静电底油VW-C-17各一遍；
面漆层：馒涂环氧防静电自流平面涂VF-C-505。
涂层厚度：一般0.5mm-3mm Base treatment:concretebasepretreatment,grinding,cleaningrepairexpansionjointsandholes
Primer layer:roller coated epoxy base oil V-30;
Water-based composite mortar layer: troweled WEC;
Primer layer:After polishing WEC, roll on epoxy base oil V-30;
Mortarputtylayer:seepoxymeiumcoatingmaterialVF-MAtopreparequartsand totherequired thicknessof construction and batch scraping putty;
Laying copperfoil:horizontaland verticalintervals of2M×2Mor4M×4Mcopperfoillaying (copperfoil withVF-C-M closed once)
Conductive bottom oillayer:roll and scrape electrostaticconductivebottom oil vw-C-17once each;
Finish layer: trowel-coated epoxy anti-static free-flow surface coating VF-C-505.
Coatingthickness:Generally0.5mm-3mm
