I. Aggregate batching system
�. Sensor with stable performance
The weighing unit adopts a stainless steel pressure sensor
with high sensitivity, which has a more stable sensor
signal and lower failure rate compared with the traditional
hinged pull sensor.
Stabilized course mixing plant from NFLG can be configured
with a new dual mixing tank, meeting the industry standard
of the People's Republic of China Technical Guidelines for
Construction of Highway Road bases (JTG/T F��-����). The
secondary mixing process of dual mixing tanks has advantages
of longer mixing time, more uniform mixing, excellent
performance of finished materials, and is more suitable for
construction of road bases of highways and other high-grade
roads. Based on the usage requirements of mixture, the
mixing process of switch between single and dual mixing
tank can be realized and one machine is double-purpose,
thus minimizing the equipment operation cost.
The stabilized soil mixing plant is used exclusively for
improving soil. The batching bin is equipped with the
vibrating excessive material and foreign body removal screen, the bin body is designed with a large inclination angle, the
discharge port is enlarged, and the double horizontal shaft extrusion stirring arch-eliminating device in the bin makes the
discharge smoother and more uniform and more accurate.

�. Batching scale with accurate metering
The batching scale is of the rear drive and has more accurate
weighting than that with the front drive. The natural loose
side of the working surface on the belt reduces the influence
of belt tension on the weighing sensor, thereby ensuring
that the weighing signal is more stable and accurate.
�. Flexible and
accurate compensation method
Adopt the belt weighing unit composed of variable-
frequency speed control and special photoelectric encoder
tachometer, and a flexible and accurate metering
compensation method. Compared with the traditional
sliding differential speed control volume metering
performance, the former has more timely and flexible
metering compensation; Fine compensation makes
aggregate batching more accurate; The fault diagnosis
report provided at any time can keep the whole equipment
safe and continuous production.
�. More practical conveyor belt
The skirt belt is used to avoid the influence on the weighing
sensor when the guard board and sand and gravel are
extruded, so as to ensure that the data of the sensor is more
real and effective, and the metering is more accurate.
�. Professional qualification authentication
The belt weighing metering technology qualification
authentication issued by the Technical Supervision Bureau
has been obtained.
�. More optional configurations
For materials with larger silt content, provide customers
with batching stations with arch broken device device
to ensure smooth feeding and satisfaction of production
requirements as well as the quality of finished materials.

The variable frequency spiral metering is fully sealed,
pollution-free, waste-free, and highly environmentally friendly.
It has a low metering accuracy and high failure rate.

II. Cement metering system
Environmentally-friendly, stable and
high-precision variable frequency
spiral metering system
The cement metering system adopts the variable
frequency spiral metering method obtaining national
patent technology and is equipped with a unique structure.
Its accuracy error can be controlled within ±�.�%. It is
the first domestic enterprise to adopt the system, thus
effectively ensuring the stability and accuracy of weighing.
The whole process is fully sealed, pollution-free, waste
-free, and has better environmental protection performance.
III. Water metering system
The water metering system consists of the water pump,
frequency converter, water supply pipeline,etc.; The
frequency converter can control the output of supplying
water in unit time, and the control room can control
adjustment, thus realizing accurate control and simple
and convenient operation; The water volume adjustment
is divided into automatic adjustment and manual
adjustment. For the automatic adjustment, the frequency
of the water inverter will be automatically adjusted
according to the water ratio, so that the instantaneous
flow of water can be automatically adjusted to the
target flow; For the manual adjustment, customers can
manually adjust the usage amount of water according
to the water content of the aggregate and the frequency of the water frequency converter to achieve the appropriate
water consumption; For aggregates with high moisture content and low water distribution, it is equipped with a shunt
system to ensure accurate pump flow and metering.
IV. Mixer
The non-lining plate technology of forced mixer is
initiated domestically; the materials bleed into each
other in boiling condition, advance toward the discharge
port and are mixed evenly. The non-lining plate
technology can also reduce failures such as blade wear,
hard shutdown, blade scratches, and there is no trouble
of frequent replacement of lining plate. The design of
two discharge ports facilitates the cleaning. High-strength
and high-wearing blade material greatly prolongs the
service life of the mixer. The flexible drive and impact
resistance ensure reliability and durability of operation.
�. The non-lining plate technology greatly increases the wear resistance of the mixing chamber and maximizes the
service life of the mixer;

relocation; The mixer cover is provided with a safety switch to ensure the life safety of maintainers; In the meantime,
a good maintenance platform and safety facilities are designed on both sides of the mixing chamber, which reflects the
humanized operation requirements.

V. Finished product conveying structure
Finished materials of NFLG are conveyed by the flat belt. Compared with the trough belt, although its covering area
is increased, the phenomena of material leakage and belting can be completed avoided. The use of flat belt not only
can keep the site clean and environmental protection requirements met, make maintenance convenient and failure
rate lower, but also can effectively avoid the disadvantages of segregation caused by the trough belt.

industrial control computer as the human-computer
