INSTRUCTIONSFORUSE
1. Remove the smoker, flip the smoker over, inject butane gas into the bottom of the handle, and let it sit for 1 minute

2. By rotating the bottom adjustment wheel, the firepower can be adjusted

3. Take out the silo and put it into the filter, add sawdust, and then put the silo into the smoker.


4. Place it on different containers and turn on the ignition switch for use.
5. Smoke comes out from the bottom

Read all of the instructions.
▪ CAUTION: Metal strainer will get extremely hot DO NOT TOUCH the metal strainer when on.
● Place the smoker base to cool. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, cleaning, or storing.
● To avoid injury, always use potholders.
• Store out of reach of children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the unit.
● Close adult supervision must be provided when this unit is used by or near children.

• Extreme caution should be used when moving any appliance containing hot contents.
● Household use only. The hand-held smoker should not be used for other than the intended use.
• Do not cover the unit or have it near flammable materials including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like when in operation.
• Must use in an upright position. Burning materials can escape if the smoke cavity is tipped, resulting in a fire hazard.

time.
• Never operate without the stainless steel mesh. This could damage the unit and create a fire hazard.

TROUBLESHOOTINGAND SOLUTIONSFORCOMMONISSUES
•Please clean the filter screen promptly after use and do not use it repeatedly for a long time.
•If there is a loud bang and the ignition cannot be started, it is because the filter has been blocked for a long time and there is a lack of oxygen inside.
Please remove the fuel tank and clean it

THREEUSAGESANDSEVERALRECIPESOFSMOKER
LIQUOR SMOKING METHOD: Place the smoke top on the cocktail, put in the wood chips, ignite the chips. After the flame is extinguished, a perfect smoky cocktail is finished.
WINE GLASS SMOKING METHOD: First,cool the wine glass. Pour the liquor into the smoky cup, shake it a bit, then pour it into another glass to achieve a smoky visual effect.
ICE cUBES SMOkING: Smoke the ice cubes like smoke liquor. Then put the smoked ice cubes in the wine. As water in the smoked ice slowly blends in the cocktail, the smoky flavor gradually stands out. Wood chips can be used in a single flavor or in a combination as you like. In addition to wood chips, dried spices such as rosemary and cinnamon can also be smoked in the smoker to infuse different flavors. The smoking time should not be too long, it is recommended not to exceed 30 seconds, otherwise the taste of the smoke will steal the flavor of the cocktail itself.
OLFASHIONEDSMOKER
INGREDIENTS:
▪ 2 Oz Bourbon Whiskey.
\* 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters.
▪Large Ice Cube.
▪ 1 Sugar Cube or 1 Teaspoon Sugar.
+Orange Peel for Garnish.
Cocktail Cherry for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
▪ 1-Place the sugar cube in a lowball glass and add the bitters.
• 2-Place the cocktail cherry and orange peel in the glass.
▪ 3-Smoke the glass with your cocktail chimmey and let sit for 45s60s to infuse the smoky aromas (Repeat 2x for stronger flavor).
• 4-Remove the orange peel and cherry. Add the water to the sugar cube and mash and swirl it with a muddler or wooden spoon until. the sugar is mostly dissolved.
• 5-Add the bourbon whiskey and swirl to combine.
• 6-Add a large ice cube.
▪7-Gently run the orange peel around the edge of the glass, then place it in the glass.
•8-Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
DOLCELOLA
INGREDIENTS:
1%Oz(45 cm3)ofRon
1Oz(30 cm3)oflemon.
% Oz (15 cm3) natural cranberry juice 2 small ginger slices.
▪1Oz(30cm3) simple syrup.
·Cocktail Pacana for Garnish.
INSTRUCTIONS:
• 1-Place the ginger slices in a shaker, along with the syrup and masl vigorously, then add all the ingredients to the shaker, except the cranberry juice, which will be added at the end.
• 2-Shake vigorously and serve the drink in a glass with strainer.
• 3-Smoke the glass with your cocktail chimmey and let sit for 45s60s to infuse the smoky aromas (Repeat 2x for stronger flavor).
· 4-Then cover the container to smoke the drink.
• 5-Once the fire goes out, proceed to remove the container and enjoy.
SWEATPAM
INGREDIENTS:
▪ 2 Oz (60 cm3) of White Wine.
▪1 Oz (30 cm3) basil syrup.
▪% Oz (15 cm3) lemon juice (a splash).
▪1 Oz (30 cm3) of orange juice.
·Cocktail Apple for Garnish.
INSTRUCTIONS:
▪ 1-Place all the ingredients in a glass from highest to lowest alcohol content. • 2-Shake briskly and serve with a smile in a wine glass. • 3-Smoke the glass with your cocktail chimmey and let sit for 45s60s to infuse the smoky aromas (Repeat 2xfor stronger flavor) • 4-Decorate the glass with basil leaves, 1 slice of lemon.
CAPITANOFELIPE
INGREDIENTS:
▪3 Oz (90 cm3) Jagermeister liqueur.
▪ 1 Oz (30 cm3) simple syrup.
\*3 grapefruit slices.
▪Dash (a splash) of Lima • Splash (a splash) of soda.
+Cocktail Cherry for Garnish.
INSTRUCTIONS:
▪ 1-Place the grapefruit slices, rosemary sprig, simple syrup and dash of lime juice in the shaker.
• 2-Then crush vigorously to obtain well-defined aromas of the ingredients.
▪ 3-Place plenty of ice and add the liquor.
• 4-Shake harmoniously and serve in a short conical glass.
• 5-Smoke the glass with your cocktail chimmey and let sit for 45s60s to infuse the smoky aromas (Repeat 2x for stronger flavor)
• 6-Decorate with slices of lime and cinnamon, the trail of smoke will provide the essential aroma to our preparation.
