Jiang Zhi'an, born in 1947, is known as Jiangshan and the owner of Linfeng
Pavilion. From Yugan, Jiangxi. Under the tutelage of Professor Yao Zhihua,
a famous painter of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, a national first-class
artist, a national first-class calligrapher, a director of the Chinese National
Painters Association, a member of the calligrapher's Association of the central
authorities, a vice chairman of the Asian Calligrapher's Association, a vice
president of the Chinese National Painting Academy, a doctoral supervisor of
the Oxford Academy of Arts, a Chinese national ritual artist, a senior honorary
adviser of Singapore's New Shenzhou Academy of Arts, and a lifelong honorary
president and professor of the Palace Museum of Painting and Calligraphy in
Taiwan, Artist with meritorious achievements in Chinese culture. Received the
Special Contribution Award for the Beijing Olympics, the Xu Beihong Award
for Entering Life at the 2nd National Association of Calligraphy and Painting
Institutes of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the honorary title
of Olympic Cultural Envoy at the Beijing Winter Olympics, the Outstanding
Contribution Award for the CCTV Smart Program, the First Prize for the
Chinese Academy of Management Research Paper, the Gold Award for the 16th
Sino Japanese Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition, and the title of
Sino Japanese Cultural Friendly Ambassador. The works have been collected
by various Marshal Memorial Museums, the National Gallery of Japan, art
academies and collection units in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and at home and
abroad. He has published Dahongpao's Collection of Paintings of Modern and
Contemporary Chinese Masters - Jiang'an, Chinese Artists Going to the World
- Jiang'an, Cultural Envoy of the the Belt and Road - Jiang'an, a collection of
crystal glaze paintings, Chinese paintings, and dozens of collections of calligraphy
and paintings. His works have repeatedly entered the two sessions of the Central
Committee of the Communist Party of China; People's Daily, People's Political
Consultative Conference, People's Representative, Children of China, Jianbao,
CCTV, Jiangxi TV and other media have reported extensively.
