的特性。并且⽓孔为闭孔式微泡，泡孔不吸⽔，使得⾯料浸湿后易晾⼲。

andaflowingorthixotropicstate.Duetoitshighstrength,environmentalfriendliness,andphysiologicalinertness,itis

Addcuringagenttosiliconeinaratioof10:1,stirthoroughlyandevenly,thenvacuumdefoamingandpourintothe
adhesive tank, and apply adhesive coating. The recommended oven temperature is 90℃. Bake for 8-15
minutes.(dependingonthethicknessoftheadhesivecoating)

1.将A、B胶两个组分的胶通过设备泵吸、计量按1:1重量⽐混合均匀，再通过⾃动点胶机滴胶于织物上，同时注
意两个胶泵的压⼒保持⼀致，确保出胶量⼀致。如果胶的⽐列相差特别⼤，会导致硅胶的性能受到影响。

2.胶泵停⽌⼯作后，需关闭出胶阀⻔，避免胶体回流管道，出现串胶的现象，从⽽导致管道阻塞，严重甚⾄会污
染桶内的胶。

4.部分织物中的染料或橡筋经过⾼温烘烤，会释放出某些化学物质导致胶体中毒,中毒情况分为三种:
轻度中毒，胶经过烘烤会固化，但是不能牢固粘接⾯料；
中度中毒，胶经过烘烤，表⾯已固化，但胶条底部有胶液，不⼲；
深度中毒，胶经过烘烤后，胶表⾯不⼲或⾮常粘，正式⽣产前建议进⾏少量打胶测试避免出现⼤规模的胶体中毒。

不同⾯料的染⾊和处理⼯艺的不同，如果⾯料中残留含有N、P、S的有机化合物，含SnPb、Hg、As等离⼦性化合
物，会影响硅胶的固化速度，严重甚⾄会出现不⼲，应选⽤合适抗中毒产品来解决。

胶液在运动过程中与胶表⾯形成波浪纹。单组份硅胶烘烤温度建议在80-90℃之间，具体以现场环境温度测试
为准。
