的特性。并且⽓孔为闭孔式微泡,泡孔不吸⽔,使得⾯料浸湿后易晾⼲。

1.将A、B胶两个组分的胶通过设备泵吸、计量按1:1重量⽐混合均匀,再通过⾃动点胶机滴胶于织物上,同时注

意两个胶泵的压⼒保持⼀致,确保出胶量⼀致。如果胶的⽐列相差特别⼤,会导致硅胶的性能受到影响。

轻度中毒,胶经过烘烤会固化,但是不能牢固粘接⾯料;

中度中毒,胶经过烘烤,表⾯已固化,但胶条底部有胶液,不⼲;

深度中毒,胶经过烘烤后,胶表⾯不⼲或⾮常粘,正式⽣产前建议进⾏少量打胶测试避免出现⼤规模的胶体中毒。
