【装置概述】

在湿法熄焦过程中，含有较多的焦粉煤灰、有机物、硫化物等，含固体杂质较多，易结垢。大量的有毒物质和粉尘对环境造成了严重污染，因此，对湿法熄焦工艺进行改造，是焦化单位生产发展的需要，更是环境保护最有效的良好措施。

以往的熄焦除尘装置，采用的是红松木浸泡沥青，喷淋管及连接件，紧固件采用钛材或不锈钢材料制成，大大增加了成本，给用户造成了不必要的投资。

【装置优良特性】

我公司与有关焦作行业专家共同商讨研究开发了新一代的玻璃钢除尘装置，投用了几年来，深得用户信赖和好评，同时也降你了成本，提高了焦炭质量，直正起到了节约资源，改善环境，收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

一、成本低：仅是原设备的 3 8 % ，以年产60万吨焦化为例，按原除尘设备。用材料投资款共计42万左右，现采用玻璃钢除尘装置，成本只有16万元，降低了原设备的6 2 % 0

二、性能高：玻璃钢除尘装置，采用的是耐高温、耐腐蚀、防水的高性能双酚A不饱和聚脂树脂(197#)和无蜡、无碱白金玻璃纤维布等，在专业人员操作下，制作而成。其特点如下：

三、使用寿命长：玻璃钢除尘装置采用分项生产，整体安装，表面不显露紧固件和连接件，使有害物质侵蚀不了金属件，避免了金属部件生锈、脱落，使产品结构整体化，延长使用寿命，产品大约使用20年。
