联课活动 Co-Curricular Activities (CCA)

我们致力于提供卓越的全方位教育，课堂以外的生活是我们所提供内容的重要组成部 分。

我们相信，联课活动开阔了视野，灌输了冒险、领导、团队合作和决策的意识，与学术

课程和Akademia超级课程相辅相成。

We are committed to providing an outstanding all-round education and life beyond the

classroom is an essential part of what we offer. We believe that Co-curricular Activities broaden

horizons, and instill a sense of adventure, leadership, teamwork and decision-making,

complementing what goes in the academic curriculum and the Akademia Super Curriculum.

Akademia 超级课程活动 Super Curriculum Activities (SCA)

Akademia（希腊语原名“学院”）位于古雅典城墙外，因柏拉图作为学术中心而闻名，柏

拉图在那里与他的追随者讨论哲学并提出问题供其他人研究和解决，奠定了哲学和科学

的基础。 学院的场地也曾是运动员训练的体育馆。

AISL 哈罗学校能在精心准备考试的严谨性与研究技能的发展以及辩论、自信交流、解

The Akademia (original Greek name for ‘Academy’), outside the city walls of ancient Athens,

was made famous by Plato as a centre of learning where he conversed with his followers on

philosophy and posed problems to be studied and solved by others, laying the foundations of

philosophy and science. The grounds of the Akademia had also been a gymnasium for training

of athletes.

All Harrow-branded schools balance the rigour of carefully crafted examination preparation with the

development of research skills and the ability to debate, communicate confidently, solve problems

and think both critically and creatively. These skills have inherent, lifelong value. An Akademia

Super Curriculum for students of Grade 4 or above, in the spirit of the original Akademia over 24

centuries ago, encapsulates all those activities that foster academic and sports endeavour beyond the

measurable outcomes of examination results.

Both CCA and SCA consist of applicable Harrow core values and leadership attributes, students’

expected behavioural outcomes are to be spelt out and their level of attainment to be assessed

and reported.

课程详情 Programme Details

趣味创意绘本课 Fun Books – Creative Stories

Ms. Cherry Gong

趣味创意绘本课旨在通过各种趣味创意的故事来激发孩子天然的好奇心。我们将用两节课完

成每一个故事的学习：第一节课，我们主要引导学生们根据自己的理解和道具去复述故事，

以此来提高学生们的阅读和写作能力。第二节课，学生们将通过故事的剧本和道具演绎故事。

在我们的课程中，学生们能够提高他们的英语听说能力，并增强当众表演故事的信心。同

时，他们也可以学到故事中所蕴含的重要道德品质。

Fun Books-Creative Stories aims to develop children’s natural curiosity through the use of creative

stories. We will be working on one story for two lessons. In the first lesson of the story our main focus

will be on improving our reading and writing skills by having the children retell the story using their

own interpretation and crafts. In the second lesson the children will have an opportunity to reenact the

story through drama and props.

The students in our lesson will be able to improve both their English listening and speaking skills and

gain the confidence to perform stories in front of others. They can also learn important values and

morals from stories.

小学合唱团 Primary School Choir

Ms. Isabella Kwan

在合唱可以培养自信和团队精神。最重要的是，它充满乐趣。合唱团成员可以

Singing in a choir builds confidence and teamwork. Most importantly, it is huge fun. Choir members can explore their passion for

singing and develop their musical skills through learning different styles of repertoires and performing in school events, concerts and

competitions. It will be a whole-year programme with regular rehearsals on Tuesdays during the CCA period (3:15-4:15 p.m.).

烹饪课 Cooking

让我们通过运用数学、自我管理和社交技能来学习均衡饮食，制作一些美味的小

吃。Let's learn about a balanced diet by using our maths, self management and social

skills to create some yummy treats.

初级法语 Beginners' French

Students will learn how to communicate in basic French in a daily life setting.

Taught in French and English hence English proficiency is required. 学生将

Pacific Pine Sports is China’s premier youth sports academy with over 6,000 students, 100 coaches, 65 facilities

and operations in 10 cities, and we maintain comprehensive cooperation with over 50 international schools. Our

core program is Five Star Basketball

Academy, PGA Golf Academy, AC Milan Academy Junior Camp, and ATP Development Centre. Our Director

of Instructions from each sports works closely with our foreign and Chinese coaches’ team daily aim to provide

all level training for players from grassroots to professional.

The group is committed to cultivating the next generation

of athletes, integrating sports, academia, and character

development through an all English and bilingual teaching

environment, to help our student athletes cultivate

confidence and achieve success.

海天体育会游泳部 Hoi Tin Athletic Association Swimming Department

本会自１９４７年成立至今，一直以推动、普及、发展游泳运动及精英培训

为宗旨，藉以不断提高香港游泳水平及竞赛技术。本会亦是香港业余游泳总

会的驻池泳会之一亦属最高级别。

成就方面，本会历来至今成绩彪炳，各泳员先后在本地的大、小比赛及国际

赛中屡获殊荣及打破香港纪录、青少年纪录及分龄纪录，并代表香港参加国

际赛事，而能够参与奥运及亚运的香港游泳代表人数更是全港泳会之冠。继泳员郭建明于第十三届亚

运会中夺得一面男子四百米自由泳铜牌后，泳员李亮葵亦于第十五届亚运会中夺得一面自由泳接力铜

牌，及后泳员马希彤及于蕙婷更于第十六届亚运会中再创佳绩，共夺得两面铜牌，再次为泳坛发放异

彩。

此外，在２０１１年第十四届世界游泳锦标赛中，泳员黄锴威于男子二百米自由泳刷新香港纪录，而成

绩更达到２０１２年伦敦奥运会的达标时间，及后更在该年的世界杯短池赛－新加坡站夺得男子四百米

自由泳铜牌及杜拜站勇夺男子一百米自由泳铜牌及二百米自由泳金牌，同时亦是香港游泳代表队首次于

国际泳联世界赛中夺得的第一面男子个人金牌，成绩令人鼓舞。此外，张健达亦于该年的第十一届全国

中学生运动会中勇夺男子二百米金牌，更是港队出战全国中学生运动会历史上第一面金牌。

另外，本会亦经常派出义务工作人员在本地或国际性的比赛中担任义务工作人员及裁判，以至实践推动、

普及游泳运动的多方面发展。

Since its establishment in 1947, the Association has been aiming at promoting, popularizing, and developing

swimming and elite training, so as to continuously improve Hong Kong's swimming level and competition skills.

The Association is also one of the venue- based clubs of the Hong Kong China Swimming Association and is of

the highest level.

The Association has achieved brilliant results over the years. The swimmers have won many awards in local

competitions and international competitions and broke Hong Kong records, youth records and age records, and

represented Hong Kong in international competitions. The Association has the largest number of Hong Kong

swimming representatives for the Olympic Games and Asian Games. After swimmer Kwok Kin Ming won a

bronze medal in the men's 400m freestyle at the 13th Asian Games, swimmer Lee Leong Kwai also won a bronze

medal in the freestyle relay at the 15th Asian Games, and later swimmers Ma Hei Tung and Yu Wai Ting made

another great achievement in the 16th Asian Games, winning two bronze medals in total, once again showing great

splendour to Hong Kong swimming.

In addition, in the 14th World Swimming Championships in 2011, swimmer Wong Kai Wai David broke the Hong

Kong record in the men's 200-meter freestyle, and his result even reached the standard time of the 2012 London

Olympics, and later won the world championship in the same year. He also won the men's 400m freestyle bronze

medal in FINA Swimming World Cup (short course) - Singapore station and won the men's 100m freestyle bronze

medal and the 200m freestyle gold medal in Dubai station. It was also the first time for the Hong Kong swimming

team to win the first men's individual gold medal in the FINA World Championships, and the results are so

inspiring. Moreover, Cheung Kin Tat Kent also won the men's 200m gold medal in the 11th National Student Sport

Games that year, which was the first gold medal in the history of the Hong Kong team participating in the National

Student Sport Games.

On the other hand, the Association often sends voluntary staff to serve as volunteers and referees in local or

international competitions, so as to promote and popularize the development of swimming in various aspects.

customized after-school service plans based on the school's unique characteristics, establish a well-defined curriculum and teaching

system, deploy professional teachers, and organize various forms of thematic education, comprehensive practice, scientific experiments,

cultural arts, and campus sports. Our goal is to comprehensively enhance students' physical and mental well-being, aesthetics, creativity,

and overall quality of life through this professional service process.

雕塑班 Sculpture

Teacher: Ms. Chao Ying Su

在这个雕塑课外活动中，参与者将进入一个创造性的旅程，探索各种媒体和技术

In this sculpture extracurricular activity, participants will enter into a creative journey to

explore various media and techniquesfor producing concrete and substantial presentations.

Through hands-on experimentation and artistic expression, students will inquire into the

realm of sculpture, unlocking their imagination and sharpening their skills as they bring

their ideas to life in three-dimensional form.

Chinese crafts offer a wonderful opportunity for kids to explore and engage with the

本会自１９４７年成立至今，一直以推动、普及、发展游泳运动及精英培训为宗旨，藉以

不断提高香港游泳水平及竞赛技术。本会亦是香港业余游泳总会的驻池泳会之一亦属最高

级别。

成就方面，本会历来至今成绩彪炳，各泳员先后在本地的大、小比赛及国际赛中屡获殊荣及打破香港纪录、青少年纪录及分

龄纪录，并代表香港参加国际赛事，而能够参与奥运及亚运的香港游泳代表人数更是全港泳会之冠。

继泳员郭建明于第十三届亚运会中夺得一面男子四百米自由泳铜牌后，泳员李亮葵亦于第十五届亚运会中夺得一面自由泳接

力铜牌，及后泳员马希彤及于蕙婷更于第十六届亚运会中再创佳绩，共夺得两面铜牌，再次为泳坛发放异彩。

此外，在２０１１年第十四届世界游泳锦标赛中，泳员黄锴威于男子二百米自由泳刷新香港纪录，而成绩更达到２０１２年

伦敦奥运会的达标时间，及后更在该年的世界杯短池赛－新加坡站夺得男子四百米自由泳铜牌及杜拜站勇夺男子一百米自由

泳铜牌及二百米自由泳金牌，同时亦是香港游泳代表队首次于国际泳联世界赛中夺得的第一面男子个人金牌，成绩令人鼓

舞。

此外，张健达亦于该年的第十一届全国中学生运动会中勇夺男子二百米金牌，更是港队出战全国中学生运动会历史上第一面

金牌。

另外，本会亦经常派出义务工作人员在本地或国际性的比赛中担任义务工作人员及裁判，以至实践推动、普及游泳运动的多

方面发展。

Since its establishment in 1947, the Association has been aiming at promoting, popularizing, and developing swimming and elite

training, so as to continuously improve Hong Kong's swimming level and competition skills. The Association is also one of the venuebased clubs of the Hong Kong China Swimming Association and is of the highest level.

The Association has achieved brilliant results over the years. The swimmers have won many awards in local competitions and

international competitions and broke Hong Kong records, youth records and age records, and represented Hong Kong in international

competitions. The Association has the largest number of Hong Kong swimming representatives for the Olympic Games and Asian

Games.

After swimmer Kwok Kin Ming won a bronze medal in the men's 400m freestyle at the 13th Asian Games, swimmer Lee Leong Kwai

also won a bronze medal in the freestyle relay at the 15th Asian Games, and later swimmers Ma Hei Tung and Yu Wai Ting made

another great achievement in the 16th Asian Games, winning two bronze medals in total, once again showing great splendour to Hong

Kong swimming.

In addition, in the 14th World Swimming Championships in 2011, swimmer Wong Kai Wai David broke the Hong Kong record in the

men's 200-meter freestyle, and his result even reached the standard time of the 2012 London Olympics, and later won the world

championship in the same year. He also won the men's 400m freestyle bronze medal in FINA Swimming World Cup (short course) -

Singapore station and won the men's 100m freestyle bronze medal and the 200m freestyle gold medal in Dubai station. It was also the

first time for the Hong Kong swimming team to win the first men's individual gold medal in the FINA World Championships, and the

results are so inspiring.

Moreover, Cheung Kin Tat Kent also won the men's 200m gold medal in the 11th National Student Sport Games that year, which was

the first gold medal in the history of the Hong Kong team participating in the National Student Sport Games.

On the other hand, the Association often sends voluntary staff to serve as volunteers and referees in local or international

competitions, so as to promote and popularize the development of swimming in various aspects.

情绪智能课 Emotional Intelligence

情绪智能课的核心在于关注情绪。通过对情绪识别的练习和社会

实验活动的体验，学生将逐步建立和发展更完善的自我意识和社

会意识，学会更高效的进行自我管理。本门课程的目的在于通过

让孩子们更深层地理解情绪并管理自己的情绪，来进一步培养他

们的社交能力及团队协作能力，从而使他们在敏感的青春期能与

朋友和家人建立健康的关系。在教会他们勇于承担责任的同时，

课程将有助于提高他们的韧性，降低心理问题出现的风险。

The essential element in Emotional Intelligence course is emotion. Through practicing and experiencing emotion recognition activities

and social experiment activities in this lesson, students are going to build and develop self-awareness and social awareness. Skills in

self-management will also be introduced to and practiced by students. The purpose of this lesson is to teach students how to

understand and regulate their own feelings, so that they can further develop social abilities which might help them in building healthy

friendships and kinship as well as working in groups responsibly during adolescence. The expected outcome is to improve students’

resilience and mental well-being in school.

传统体验课包含跳绳，跳皮筋，折纸，剪纸，翻花绳，编织等活动，在 11 周的时

The traditional experience class includes activities such as skipping rope, jumping rope,

paper folding, paper cutting, flipping rope, weaving, etc. Over the course of 11 weeks, we

will take the children to experience different themes of traditional Chinese folklore

activities to develop their motor skills, co-ordination, creativity and sense of national

identity.

A traditional Chinese sport, it is not just a regular shuttlecock game, it makes kicking

shuttlecock more like playing badminton. Participants compete in groups of 3 and

can use various parts of their bodies to \"hit the ball.\" Except using your hands, please

use all your efforts to let the shuttlecock pass the badminton net!

CCA period (3:15-4:15 p.m.).

另外，本会亦经常派出义务工作人员在本地或国际性的比赛中担任义务工作人员及裁判，以至实践推动、普及游泳运动的多

方面发展。

Since its establishment in 1947, the Association has been aiming at promoting, popularizing, and developing swimming and elite

training, so as to continuously improve Hong Kong's swimming level and competition skills. The Association is also one of the venuebased clubs of the Hong Kong China Swimming Association and is of the highest level.

The Association has achieved brilliant results over the years. The swimmers have won many awards in local competitions and

international competitions and broke Hong Kong records, youth records and age records, and represented Hong Kong in international

competitions. The Association has the largest number of Hong Kong swimming representatives for the Olympic Games and Asian

Games.

After swimmer Kwok Kin Ming won a bronze medal in the men's 400m freestyle at the 13th Asian Games, swimmer Lee Leong Kwai

also won a bronze medal in the freestyle relay at the 15th Asian Games, and later swimmers Ma Hei Tung and Yu Wai Ting made

another great achievement in the 16th Asian Games, winning two bronze medals in total, once again showing great splendour to Hong

Kong swimming.

In addition, in the 14th World Swimming Championships in 2011, swimmer Wong Kai Wai David broke the Hong Kong record in the

men's 200-meter freestyle, and his result even reached the standard time of the 2012 London Olympics, and later won the world

championship in the same year. He also won the men's 400m freestyle bronze medal in FINA Swimming World Cup (short course) -

Singapore station and won the men's 100m freestyle bronze medal and the 200m freestyle gold medal in Dubai station. It was also the

first time for the Hong Kong swimming team to win the first men's individual gold medal in the FINA World Championships, and the

results are so inspiring.

Moreover, Cheung Kin Tat Kent also won the men's 200m gold medal in the 11th National Student Sport Games that year, which was

the first gold medal in the history of the Hong Kong team participating in the National Student Sport Games.

On the other hand, the Association often sends voluntary staff to serve as volunteers and referees in local or international

competitions, so as to promote and popularize the development of swimming in various aspects.

内容和教学方法受到犹太民族价值观和文化的启发（所谓的犹太精神）。几世纪以来，犹太人变成了一个有创新精神、有创

造力、有好奇心、喜欢质疑的民族，他们不认为现实是一个特定的状态，相反他们倾向于挑战、质疑他们的周遭事物，总是

• 学生将把“家长手册”带回家，其中包括已教授的重要关键词和概念。每一本“家长手册”包括家庭讨论的话题列表。家

长可以要求孩子解释他们在课上已学习的话题并附带相关案例。

• 该项目各部分结束之际，学生会收到一份证书，证明他们已成功通过书面评估。评估会根据学生的年龄和能力做出

调整。

发展目标:

合作: 结识其他学生；与他们建立对话并展开合作; 互相接受、尊重、关爱和支持。

交流技能：积极参加讨论和活动；表达想法、感受和意见。

• 父母可以要求孩子告诉他们课堂学习的内容并留心在使用中英文新词汇方面的进步。
