东莞健益五金制品有限公司1981年创立于台湾，1992年成立香港分公司并设立东莞工厂。专注于精密机构冲压件、冲压模具的设计和制造。产品覆盖精密五金机构件、办公OA产品、车用产品、游戏机五金配件、端子定子类产品、电视及计算机周边产品、成品研发及代工产品、切纸机产品等。逐步建立并形成了精密冲压模具设计、制造、冲压品加工、成品组装全制程服务，占据亚洲五金行业领导地位。
公司现有员工1100多人，厂区面积达68000平方米。全厂由制造部、资讯部、品质部、资材部、模具部、业务部、管理部六大部门组成了完善的管理体制。健益公司于2020年上线MES系统(制造执行系统，又称：工厂营运管制系统)。从接订单、进行生产、流程控制一直到产品完成，主动收集及监控制造过程中所产生的生产数据，可降低生产周期时间、减少在制品(WIP)、增强准时交货能力、改善产品质量，进而降低生产成本、增加企业市场竞争力。
两大事业处共同组成了健益五金特有的生产体系。第一事业处：自动连续冲压模具设计与制造，钣金冲压部品加工及各类二次加工，表面涂装，医疗口罩生产。EMS组装为第二事业处，主要组装切纸机，吸奶器，醒酒器，游戏键盘等产品。
DongGuan Kinyet metal products Co., Ltd. was founded in Taiwan in 1981 and set up a branch in Hong Kong and a factory in Dongguan in 1992. We focus on the design and manufacture of precision mechanism stamping parts and stamping dies. The products cover precision mechanism parts, office automation products, automotive products, game machine accessories, terminal and stator products, TV and computer peripheral products. Finished products ODM and OEM. Gradually, the company has established and formed a full range of services including the design and manufacture of precision stampingdie , processing of stamping products and assembly of finished products, and occupies a leading position in the Asian hardware industry.
The company now has more than 1100 employees, with a factory area of 68,000 square meters. The plant is managed by six departments: Manufacturing Department, IMS Department, Quality Department, Material Department, Tooling Department, Sales Department and Management Department. In 2020, Kinyet launched the MES system (Manufacturing Execution System, also known as Factory Operation Control System). The system actively collects and monitors production data from order taking, production, process control to product completion, thus reducing production cycle time, reducing work-in-process (WiP), enhancing on-time delivery, improving product quality reducing production cost and increasing market competitiveness.
The two business divisions together form the unique production system of Kinyet. The first unit is focus on the progressive die design and production, surface treatment, medicinal mask production etc. Second business unit is focus on assembly, which mainly production are paper cutters, breast pumps, wine decanters, game keyboards.

机台多，吨位全，精度高，能承接600吨以内的各类大小五金冲压件的加工；工序全，可在厂内完成五金冲压，攻牙，铆接，焊接，脱脂，表面涂装及组装工序；生产柔性化强，有单工程模五金冲压，机械手传送模冲压及五金连续模冲压，还可以模内自动攻牙，模内自动化铆接。
With many machines, full tonnage, high precision, it can undertake the processing of all kinds of large and small metal stamping parts within 600 tons; the whole procedure can be completed in the factory, including metal stamping, tapping, riveting, welding, degreasing, surface coating and assembly procedures; strong production flexibility, including single transfer die stamping, robotic transfer die stamping and progressive die stamping, as well as in-mold automatic tapping and in-mold automatic riveting.

MES SYSTEMMES系统
健益公司于2020年上线MES系统(制造执行系统，又称：工厂营运管制系统)。从接订单、进行生产、流程控制一直到产品完成，主动收集及监控制造过程中所产生的生产数据，以确保产品生产质量。将制造现场因流程复杂，分批、并批、跳批、外包、插单、抽单等频繁发生的异常生产问题降到最低。可降低生产周期时间、减少在制品(WIP)、增强准时交货能力、改善产品质量，进而降低生产成本、增加企业市场竞争力。
In 2020, Kinyet launched MES (Manufacturing Execution System, also known as Factory Operation Control System). The system actively collects and monitors production data from order taking, production, process control to product completion to ensure product quality. It minimizes the frequent abnormal production problems that occur at the manufacturing site due to complex processes, such as batching, parallel batching,batch skipping outsourcing, order insertion and order drawing. It can reduce production cycle time, reduce work-in-process (WiP), enhance on-time delivery capability, improve product quality, thereby reducing production costs and increasing enterprise market competitiveness.

健益承接精密产品组装，集ODM&OEM之专业服务广大客户，使之产品营销全球；现团队以欧美及日系客户为目前客群，其中日系客户对产品质量之完美标准，健益团队皆达客户要求之目标，并得到日系客户称许为最佳质量制造基地。每一个工站的精密控制精算至人/秒，并以JIT管理办法导入采购、备料、组装、出货等一系列生产制程中，达成客户要求之目标。
其他如蓝牙音箱出口英国，视讯系统出口美国，都在制程与质量受到客户的大力肯定及客户连续下单的支持。
健益团队之研发人员对干精密冲压制造，模具开发，电子产品均有专业技术能力，目前开发产品包括醒酒器，吸奶器，触感震动游戏球等；我司开发多项精密医疗产品并取得美国FDA510K认证，如欧洲巴金森式症助行器接单等。
We have been providing ODM & OEM services to our customers and our products are sold all over the world. Our current customers are European, American and Japanese customers. The precision control of each station is calculated to man/second, and JIT management is applied in the production process of purchasing, preparation, assembly, and shipment to achieve the goal of customer requirements.
Other products, such as Bluetooth speakers exported to the United Kingdom and video systems exported to the United States, have received great affirmation and continuous orders from customers in terms of manufacturing process and quality.
Our R &D team has expertise in precision stamping, tooling development, and electronic products, including wine decanters, breast pumps, and tactile vibrating game balls. We have developed a number of precision medical products and obtained FDA 510K certification, such as the European Parkinson's disease walker orders.
MEDICAL MASK PRODUCTION LINE医疗口罩生产线
2020年3月，我司为疫情防治投入十万级的全新医疗标准之生产车间以及口罩相关生产线，日产能口罩可达50万只，所有车间及物料皆通过各种安全监测及检验均符合国家规定之标准。
我司具备国家批准之医疗与防护口罩的生产资格和许可，并取得权威机构的相关产品检测报告，并通过欧美CE/FDA认证及ISO13485医疗管理体系认证；我司生产以3层平面型和5层KN95型口罩为主，集生产、销售、进出口业务一条龙服务。
In March 2020, we invested in a brand new 100,000-grade medical standard production workshop and mask-related production line for epidemic prevention and control, with a daily production capacity of 500,000 pieces of masks, and all workshops and materials have passed all kinds of safety monitoring and inspection to meet the national standards.
We are qualified and licensed to manufacture medical and protective masks, and have obtained relevant product test reports from authoritative organizations, and have passed CE/FDA certification in Europe and the United States and ISO13485 medical management system certification.
