This machine integrates processes of binding, folding, and bubble pressing. Using servomechanism to generate a series of consistent motions produced by bevel wheels and cams, it can work smoothly and steadily with high precision and durability. Eight major features:

1. Its main shaft, mold splitting, brush roll, folding, and bubble pressing are all driven by servomechanism which ensures stable and quite operations with smooth and fast effects.

2. Its unique cam and function of two-time bubble pressing with cylinder make options of one-time and two-time bubble pressing possible according to needs. The design of adjustable bottom lift with gas storage allows adjustment and control of bubble pressing power made at carton bottom.

3. The bevel gear system can firmly and accurately transmit the main shaft motions to generate a steady and high outputs while maintain the machine with a long life time. With slow motion realized by the complete set and steady running gained through the cam system, this machine can keep a synchronization even when speed changes which makes observation on production much more easier during adjustment .

4. Its folding distance reaches to 80mm at both sides. With high accuracy of guiding rail and cylinder and custom-made strokes, this machine is suitable for producing various products.

5. The vacuum pressure for holding box is adjustable. Pressure can be changed to fit for big or small boxes, thus helps speeding up the manual process of box changing.

6. In addition to program memory feature, the machine's swift mold changing and adjustment design make the process of version change done in just 15 minutes.

7. Imported grating protection, failure alarm, and detail display of failure area ensure safe operations.

DG-750全自动贴角机(吸板式) DG-750 Full Auto Taping Machine

功能特点：

该机主要分为飞达上纸和四角贴角两大部分，上纸部采用最先进的不停机换板设计，机械式摆臂飞达、可伸缩皮带送纸机构，调节简单，稳定高速，适用各种薄板、压痕板、开槽板、变形板的送给。贴角部采用伺服马达斜齿轮导轨下压动作，运行无抖动、无间隙、精度高。纸盒深浅调节简单。四组贴角部分，设计为独立马达传动伞齿轮送胶带，避免了皮带传动因受热而出现的拉长或断带的弊端，而且送带长度误差1MM左右。退盒方法采用弹片脱模或吸盘拉下的先进模式，保障了特薄特小盒的退盒效果。整机设计合理，调节方便，操作简单，生产效率高，适应各种材质的热熔胶带。

Functional Features:

This machine is mainly composed of paper feeder and four-corner taping part, in which the paper feeder is provided with non-stop board changing, mechanical swing arm feeder, telescopic belt paper-feeding mechanism, all of which are featured by easy commissioning, high stability and speed, making it applicable for feeding of all kinds of thin plates, indentation plates, slot plates and deformed plates.Based on the helical gear guide of servo motor, the taping machine can have no shake, clearance and is highly precise in pressing action. The carton depth can be easily adjusted.Four-corner taping part, which is designed as bevel gear tape driven by independent motor, can avoid pulling or tape breakage due to overheating from belt transmission and can restrict the error of tape length to about 1mm.The cartons are sent out through demolding of elastic sheet or pulling by adhesive disc.With reasonable design, easy commissioning, simple operation and high production efficiency, the machine is applicable to the hot-melt tapes of different materials.

功能特点：

1. 加厚机架与底板，精密加工组装，四面压合八柱导杆，使盒体全面均衡受力。

2. 盒顶压紧座采用直径40硬铬轴为导向，滑动顺畅，位置精准，牢固耐用。

Functions and Characteristics:

1. The machine applies thickening frame and bottom plate and precision machining assembly.Eight-column guide rod is pressed for all sides. So the box can bear balanced stress comprehensively.

2. Hard chrome shaft with diameter of 40 is adopted for compressing base of top box so as to achieve smooth sliding, accurate position and fimm and durable property.

3. The design of mould core applies rising structure of four sides at the same time. Rising strength is symmetrical and the size is accurate. After rising, intemal slider is at a flat position of step. The machine can bear pressure of four sides completely and it will neither make the box produce any deformation nor collapse. The rising size is 2.5MM of each side totally 5MM. So setting in and taking out carton are convenient. Besides, the machine has automatic retuming box function. The operation is convenient and fast.

4. The extemal fomwork of wine box with width of 100MM-180MM \* height of 200MM-320MM cannot be changed. The size can be adjusted.

5. The design of control circuit includes debugging machine, working, manual and pedal status. Each group of cylinders can be started alone. Box pressing is delayed.

6. Electrical apparatus and pneumatic components are all selected from famous brand. So reaction is sensitive and performance is stable.

7. The whole machine applies powder metal baking vamish.

8. The action design is coherent and reasonable. The production efficiency is high. Thus, the machine is the preferred device for wine box manufacturer.

Functions and Characteristics:

DG-700B upright paper embossing machine of wine box is the second generation of new products manufactured by Degao Machinery. The new model is the latest brand being developed and designed. The complete machine has compact design with double cylinder from all sizes so that the pressure is more balanced and reasonable. Five surface templates can be adjusted. For wine box within the width of 100MM to150MM and the height of 200MM to 300MM, we can provide exterior formwork for changing free. DG-1200A自动进纸无尘开槽机

DG-1200 Automatic Feeder Dust-free Slotting Machine

功能特点：

DG-1200自动进纸无尘开槽机，是在DG-1200半自动无尘开槽机优点的基础上，通过科学合理的结构改造，最人性化的操作设计理念，体现了我们专业专注的诚意升华。

经过橡胶皮带的摩擦力，达到了连续自动给纸的目的。给纸后通过上面和左右两边弹性滚针轴承的导向，提高了给纸精确度，有力地保障了开槽槽位的尺寸精度和稳定性。

每分钟开槽长度可达50米，一次可开8条槽，特级进口钨钢刀片，开槽槽面光滑，经久耐用。开槽角度70-140由手柄快速调节，免换不同角度的刀头。

工作台托纸基轴可以根据小块纸或大块纸前后拉动（见上小图），灵活方便，节省了更换大小规格纸张的调机时间。

Functions and Characteristics:

DG-1200 automatic feeder dust-free slotting machine, on the basis of DG-1200 semi-automatic dust-free slotting machine, reflects the sublimation of our profession and devotion through scientific and reasonable reorganization, and the most humanistic operation and design concept.

Paper is oontinuously and automatically fed via friction of rubber belt. After paper is fed, the precision of paper feeding is improved with the guidance of the flexible needle bearing on the top and those on both left and right sides, and the dimensional accuracy and stability of the slotting trench is effectively guaranteed.

The length of the slot cut by this machine per minute can be up to 50m, and 8 slots can be opened once. With special tungsten steel blade, the face of slot cut is smooth, and it is durable. As the slotting angle 70-140 can be rapidly regulated by a handle, it is no need of replacement of cutter head with different angles.

The basic shaft bearing paper on the work table can be pulled front and back aocording to the size of paper, on the one hand, it is flexible and convenient, on the other hand, the time for adjusting machine due to replacement of paper in different size can be saved.

DG-450 Bubble Pressing Machine for Flanging Gift Box (Generation 3)

功能特点：

1：该机采用原装PLC程序控制，每一个动作与动作之间的时间、动作停留的时间都可以调节，程序设计有推边防反弹和手动与脚踏转换选择功能，可根据不同的产品和操作习惯选装选择。

2：精加工加厚机架与台面，精密配合滑道，调节大小后角度方正标准。反向压紧固定设计，轻松锁固四周压折组合部分，调节非常方便。

3：四面校位和压盒选用了大直径小行程气缸，不但压力大、动作快而且节省了气源。

4：包起四边的纸盒任意放入后，启动开关机器即自动校位、折两边、压入抬起再折两边、全部压紧、升盒弹出，一系列动作连贯、稳定、安全。生产出的纸盒方正美观，表面无气泡无花痕，每分钟可生产10-20个左右。

5：在生产不同高度的纸盒时，该机设计了丝杆升起装置，只要放一盒坯比好高度调节后锁固即可，节省了调节时间，随时控制了盒口空边的现象。

6：在生产不同大小的纸盒时，免换四周压板，标配5块铝制压板即可调出最小：100\*100\*10到最大400\*500\*120之间的任意尺寸。

7：有厚面纸（例如200一350G金银卡）防反弹选配装置，客户可以根据常做产品的不同选配，从而更大限度地应对了各种包装企业的购机需

求，相对又节约了

Functions and Characteristics:

1:The machine applies original PLC program control. The time between each action and the time of staying action all can be adjusted. Program design includes side pushing for preventing rebound and converting selection function between manual and pedal so that the user can select according to different products and operation habits.

2:The machine applies finishing and thickening frame and mesa which can cooperate with slideway precisely and adjust upright standard of posterior angle. Reverse compressing and fixed design can lock the folded and combined part all around easily. Thus, adjustment is very convenient.

3: The cylinder with large diameter and small stroke is selected for position calibration all around. As a result, the machine has high pressure and quick action. Besides, gas source is saved.

4: When four sides of carton is wrapped and put it in arbitrarily, you can start the switch. Then, the machine will automatically calibrate the position, fold both sides, press in and lift up and fold both sides, compress completely and rise carton to pop up. A series of actions are coherent, stable and safe. The carton which is produced is upright and beautiful without bubble or scratch on the surface. The machine can produce about 10-20 cartons in one minute.

5: When the machine produces cartons with different heights, it designs lead screw rising device. You only need to put a carton mould with proper height and lock it after adjusting. In this way, the machine saves adjustment time and it can control the phenomenon of leaving margin of carton side at any time.

6:When cartons withdifferent sizes are produced, platen all around cannot be changed freely. The minimum size can be adjusted only through standard configuration of five aluminum platens: any size from 100\*100\*10 to maximum 400\*500\*120.

7:There is a matching device with thick paper (such as 200-350G gold and silver card) for preventing rebound. The customer can match according to different common products. As a result, the purchase demand ofvarious packaging enterprises can be coped with. Besides, purchase cost can be saved relatively.
