The volute and fan wheel are precisely designed in combination with the operating characteristics of the motor, leading to higher static pressure under the same blowing rate and stable long-distance blowing.

Spangle:Generally refers to the crystal appearance formed during cooling and solidfication of the zinc layer after the hot galvanized plate is taken out from the zinc pot. Spangle will not appear in the case of high purity zinc layer. Under the same zinc layer thickness, the corrosion resistance of materials with spangle is lower than that without spangle. In addition, spangle may cause surface roughness after painting. thus, spangle-free galvanized plate can be used in applications with higher corrosion resistance requirements.

Typical applications

To meet the requirements of different mounting environment, the main body of the machine can be lifted in both front and side position. Hanging angle iron fixing holes forboth lifting/mountingdirections, together with rubber plugs, are reserved, so that the two mounting arrangements can be switched from one toanother quickly and reliably with the need for post-modification of the machine.

In the case of active blowing mounting arrangement, it can blow the unclean indoor air to outdoor space, and fresh air can be introduced by means of natural ventilation. To use this mode, it is suitable to set the air outlet in highly polluted area.

In the case of active suction mounting arrangement, it can ceaselessly introduce outdoor fresh are to indoor space, and the unclean air can go out of the indoor space by means of natural exhaust. To use this mode, it is suitable to set the air outlet in the area with the greatest need for fresh air.
