环流熏蒸系统由施药装置、环流装置、检测装置组成。环流熏蒸系统是根据粮食仓储理论，空气动力环流理论，化学防治理论，运用微电脑控制技术，严格按照国家GB/T17913-199标准制造的一种系统功能强，安全性能好，杀虫效果理想，具有用药少，气体分布均匀，防治成本低，人员安全性高，环保效益明显，自动化程度高和操作方便等优点。

内环流控温系统
Systemfunctional features
内环流控温系统通过仓内底部通风地笼、仓外通风口、环流风机、仓外保温管、仓内空间与粮堆形成一个闭合回路。在环流风机的作用下，自粮堆底部从通风地笼抽出冷气，经过保温管注入仓房上部空间，使仓内上下空气在闭合的环境中循环运行，不与外界空气接触，达到调节仓温和表层粮温的作用，从而实现低温（准低温）储粮。

氮气气调储粮控制系统PRODUCTIONMANAGEMENT
氮气气调储粮技术通过制氮机组分离空气中的氮气和氧气，利用通风管网将分离出来的氮气输送到密闭的粮堆并将粮堆中的氧气置换掉，来调节仓内的气体组分使粮堆长期处于高氮低氧（或缺氧）状态。
软件控制系统及时准确获取粮仓氮气浓度、压力数值等粮情信息，自动提示作业建议并将控制方案推送给现场控制终端及制氮机组设备，实现氮气储粮作业的智能决策和自动控制。这样通过改变害虫、霉菌的生存环境，抑制粮食自身的有氧呼吸，达到抑制、灭杀害虫、延缓粮食陈化的目的。在不使用化学药剂情况下即可杀死粮堆中储粮害虫和抑制霉菌生长和繁殖，从而实现安全、绿色储粮。

智能通风系统

粮库智能通风系统结合智能信息技术、通讯电子技术，充分利用粮情检测数据，依据通风数学模型，通过对电动通风窗，轴流/离心风机的工作过程控制，完成对粮仓、粮食的温湿度调节，方便了粮库对仓房粮食的通风作业管理工作，保障了通风作业的科学和及时有效。
智能通风软件具备自然通风、空调外冷、排积热通风等智能控制模块。各种通风模式参数根据通风规程设定了默认值，同时根据不同适用场合可以修改并保存。为了增强软件通风控制条件的灵活性，最大程度上满足仓储用户的需求，该系统还为用户提供了通风条件的自定义功能。智能通风相比传统的机械通风，节省了粮库资源，提升了粮库人员的工作效率，通风效果也更为明显。
