n June 2017, the Tangshan Municipa! People's Government initiated plans t0 establish the Tangshan Arbitration Commission, adhering to the provisions of the Arbitration Law. On September 27th of the same year, after thorough review by the Hebei Province Department of Justice and approval from the Hebei Provincia! Government, the Tangshan Arbitration Commission was officially launched. It became the Sole permanent commercial arbitration institution in Tangshan.

During 2017, we sucessfuly recruited our first 84 arbitrators and conducted an inital rbitrator training course. Additionaly. We formulated a Series of rules and regulations, including the committee charter, and established a preliminary managemen! System.

1 In2012, We further expanded our team by hiring 160 more arbitrators. We accepted 37 cases, resolved 27 of them, and handled transactions totaling 271 million yuan. This marked a promising start for the Commission.

Initially, we encountered numerous challenges, Such as funding shortages. inadequate facilities, limited case sources, and human resource constraints. Despite these obstacles, the first group oí builders demonstrated remarkable resilience. They braved adverse weather conditions, rode bicycles, and traveled between factories and enterprises to promote arbitration.

By July 2015, We had created the Arbitration Law Research Association to provide a theoretical foundation íor the development of the arbitration industry. The association had invited experts and Scholars to give lectures, had trained the arbitration team, and had enhanced the quality of cases. 2023年4月28日，藤合唐山市工商巫藤合会召千“伐化菅商琳境, 航民企展” 工作交流座淡会麦布了〈唐山仲裁助力伐化法冶化菅商琳境的十項措施

On April 28, 202, we officially established the "ntellectual Property Arbitration Center. Then, on September 27, the “Caofeidian Free Trade Zone Arbirtion Center" was set up, marking the inception of our journey in bulding specilized arbitration platforms.

0n July 21, 2022, In collaboration with the Tangshan Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, We held a symposium titled 'Arbitration Services for Financia! Industry's High--Quality Development." On September 26, We established the "Financia!
