何为巴特勒矩阵?
巴特勒矩阵是用于相控阵天线波束赋形的馈电网络。
其目的是控制射频信号传输的一个或多个波束的方向。它是由电桥耦合器和固定移相器组成的N x N 矩阵,其中N是2的幂次方。该器件有N个连接到馈电单元的输入端口和N个连接到天线的输出端口。
巴特勒矩阵将不同相位差的信号馈入单元模块,使得射频信号波束处于所期望的方向。通过将射频信号切换到所需的波束端口来控制波束方向。一个以上的波束,甚至所有N个波束可以同时被激活。
巴特勒矩阵的应用和优势
典型的应用是在移动通信的基站中保持波束始终指向移动用户,同时扩大信号覆盖范围。
