a crème de cassis, blackberry pie and chocolate-covered cherry

core with wafts of chargrill, mossy bark and truffles. Full-bodied,

concentrated and wonderfully complex in the mouth, the palate is

just beginning to reveal the true potential of this wine, with tightly

wound layers of perfumed black fruits and earthy notions bound

by a rock-solid frame of firm, grainy tannins and finishing with epic

persistence.

年的春季再度呈現酒莊直送專區。此次特別與法國波爾多酒莊

Château Ducru-Beaucaillou 合作，為您挑選酒莊 1961 至 2006

年間的作品，每一款皆為酒莊精心挑選的代表性佳釀。

Ducru-Beaucaillou 位列波爾多二級酒莊，酒莊名稱有著美麗的礫

石之意。自 1953 年起聘請 Château Margaux 與 Cheval Blanc

的釀酒顧問、也是法國最著名釀酒師之一的 Emile Peynaud 擔任

釀酒顧問後，在其一貫的溫和細膩風格基準上，品質開始有著顯著

的提升，在波爾多偉大年份如 1961、1982、1986 等都有極優異

的表現，被譽為超級二級酒莊。

酒款至今仍全數陳放在酒莊自家的酒窖中，在酒莊的用心管理下，

葡萄酒在最佳的儲藏條件中靜待陳年，穩定的窖藏環境確保酒款自

身的陳年實力得以發揮至極致，最直接的來源值得您的信賴。

酒莊直送專區注意事項

1. 本專區酒款全數儲存於酒莊酒窖中，待拍賣結束確認成交後，

才會進行出貨作業。

2. 酒款的狀況皆符合酒莊標準，品質無虞，唯如有瓶身老舊、酒標

輕微磨損等外觀上的狀況，則依酒莊判定的現況為主。

3. 得標酒款委託法國代理方處理貼標、出口及運輸等事宜。若無加

值指定運輸方式，則酒款一律由冷藏海運運輸回台灣後再行配

送，自法國海運回台灣本島的費用已包含在拍品的落槌金額中。

4. 若因天災、人為或其他不確定因素導致交期延誤，會再另行通

知。

This was a great bottle: fragrant and beautifully defined on the nose

that on this occasion offered a more conspicuous graphite scent,

which lent it a Pauillac-like personality. Allowing the wine to open

and aerate, the traits one associates with the property emerge—

wilted violets and rose petals. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh

and mineral-laden, that suggestion of candied orange peel on the

entry segueing into layers of pure red and black fruit. There is

always something effortless about this Chateau Margaux and the

pixelation on the finish is up there with the very best.

vintage. It has an exquisite bouquet that is now fully mature, with

a weighty, broad-shouldered, muscular, virile 1978 that is just

beginning to reveal secondary nuances and complexity.

波爾多右岸 Pomerol 未曾有過列級制度，但產區中的 Pétrus 絕對是

Allowing the wine to open over 30 minutes, I notice an almost flinty

scent developing on the bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied,

crystalline and symmetrical—everything beautifully focused—

almost Left Bank in texture. This had a firm backbone, but that

is becoming more "flexible" in recent years, and it fans out with

consummate ease on a finish that is so long that it makes "War and

Peace" seem like a short read. This is simply magnificent.

An exceptionally pretty and fragrant, indeed even perfumed nose

consists of a mix of secondary fruit and sous-bois that is liberally

laced with notes of spice, earth, game a hint of smoke. The lighter

weight but utterly delicious flavors possess a highly seductive

mouth feel as well as fine depth on the lingering and impeccably

well-balanced finale. In sum this is a terrific effort in the context

of a high yield vintage that is drinking perfectly today. In a word,

lovely.

Jacky Truchot 在 1961 年時自戰場賦歸，到親戚 Henri Mauffre 的

酒莊工作並學習各種葡萄酒知識。由於先前完全沒有釀酒相關經驗，

當時學習到的釀酒與葡萄園工作影響甚鉅，在他的釀酒生涯始終貫

徹，數十年來堅持一貫的做法，不使用全新橡木桶、不使用商業酵母，

且在多數酒莊致力於追求減低產量以提升酒體集中度的時代，Jacky

Truchot 卻反其道而行，在符合法規的範圍內儘量提升產量，釀造出

的酒款有著純粹、輕柔而優雅的特質。現今看來如此老派與略顯過時

的釀酒方式，卻是難能可貴的傳統勃根地風格，近年在藏家之間流傳

並爭相收藏，成為了一瓶難求的稀世珍釀。
