乾安县位于吉林省西北部，松原市西部，地处松嫩平原腹地，有“乾安台地之称，幅员面积3616平方公里。总人口27万，距省会长春市210公里、松原市67公里、查干湖机场40公里，通让铁路、铁科高速、国道503、国道232贯穿全境，交通便利，区位优势明显。全县耕地面积19.36万公顷，林地3.52万公顷，草原4万公顷。自然闭流湖沼108个，水域面积1.4万公顷。年粮食总产量128万吨左右。“乾安黄小米”、“乾安红辣椒”、“乾安糯玉米”、“乾安羊肉”已被认证为国家地理标志保护产品。油气资源丰富，石油已探明储量4.3亿吨，天然气储量706亿立方米，二氧化碳储量517亿立方米。风能太阳能资源丰富，有效风能储量在600-1000千瓦时/平方米之间，风能资源等级为三级标准，在全国居中上等。太阳光照年均2866.6小时，全县光年总辐射4733.5兆焦耳/平方米，太阳能资源属于二类到三类过渡地区。

Thecountyhas193,6o0hectaresofcultivated land,35,200 hectaresofforest landand40,000 hectaresof grassland.Thereare108 natural endorheic lakesand marshes,withawaterareaof 14,000 hectares.Theannual total grain output isabout 1.28million tons."Qian'an Yellow Millet", "Qian'an Red Chili”，"Qian'an Waxy Corn"and "Qian'an Mutton" have beencertifiedas national geographical indication protected products.

It isrich inoil and gas resources,with provenoil reserves of 430 milion tons,natural gas reservesof70.6 billioncubicmetersandcarbon dioxidereservesof51.7billioncubicmeters.lt also abounds inwind and solar energyresources.The effectivewind energyreserve ranges from 600 to1,ooo kWh per square meter,and the wind energy resource is gradedas Class Ill,ranking above the medium level nationwide.The annual average sunshine duration is 2,866.6 hours,and the total annual solar radiation across the countyis 4,733.5 megajoules per square meter,placing its solar energy resources in the transitional zone between Class Iland Class Ill.
