一、概述Description:
快速温变试验（又线性/非线性快速温变试验箱），是产品在设计强度极限下，运用温度加速技巧(在上、下限极值温度内进行循环时，产品产生交替膨胀和收缩)改变外在环境应力，使产品中产生热应力和应变，透过加速应力来使潜存于产品的瑕疵浮现[潜在零件材料瑕疵、制程瑕疵、工艺瑕疵]，以避免该产品于使用过程中，受到环境应力的考验时而导致失效，造成不必要的损失，对于提高产品出货良率与降低返修次数有显著的效果。

一、概述Description:
本产品可做二种测试：老化与耐黄变
老化：本机可促进加硫橡胶之劣化，以计算加热前后拉力及伸长之变化率，一般认为在70℃下测试一天，理论上相当于暴露在大气中6个月的时间。
耐黄：本机是模拟大气环境中，受阳光紫外线照射，外观变化一般认为在50℃下测试9小时，理论上相当于暴露在大气中6个月的时间。
Anti-yellowing Accelerated Aging Test Chamber can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat.
