Application Procedure

施工步骤

基层准备：基面结实、平整干净。去除孔隙、

尖锐边缘并填平砂眼。润湿干燥基面至无明水。

或者可以用马贝界面剂 G 作基面处理。

Substrate preparation: Substrate must be

sound and stable, flat and clean.Pores and

cracks must be patched with repair mortar,

and sharp edge must be removed.substrate

should be moistened without excess water if it

is too dry. Or treat the substrate with Primer G.

拌和：B 组份液剂倒入容器，再将 A 组份的粉

剂倒入容器拌和。用慢速电动搅拌器充分搅拌

均匀 , 静置 2-3 分钟，稍再搅拌即可使用；施

工时保持间断性搅拌，以防止沉淀

Substrate preparation: Pour component

B(liquid) into a container, then add component

A(powder) while stirring. Use a low-speed

mechanical mixer for mixing, and after

2-3 minutes, keep stirring until a perfect

homogenous mix is obtained. Keep interval

mixing to avoid deposition.

施涂：用毛刷或滚筒直接涂刷浆料于基面上，不可漏刷；

均匀涂刷，各层间以相垂直向涂刷（第一层干透 : 约 6-8

小时，才涂刷第二层；若 24 小时后才涂刷第二层，先

喷湿第一层防水层再施工）；如用滚筒施工，需用小毛

刷修整，确保厚度均匀

Application of the mortar: Apply the mixture on the

substrate evenly with a roller or brush directly.The

second coat is applied after the first layer is dried (6-8

hrs) and spread in different direction of the first coat.

Wet the first layer if the second layer applied after 24

hours. Ensure the even thickness by using small brush

if apply the product by a roller.

养护期：防水层干透方可做其它覆盖层（约至

少 3 天后）；如有需要 , 防水层上需加涂水泥砂

浆保护层 , 再进行瓷砖粘贴。

Curing: The following application should not

be done until the waterproof layer is entirely

dry and cured( At least after 3 days). Apply

cement slurry coating as a protection layer on

the waterproofing if necessary then bond the

tiles.

马贝的研发工作中有70％致力于生态可持续产品的开发。马贝

的EPD（环保产品声明）发布流程于2016年获得了Certiquality

认证。EPD是透明而公开的证明档，并由外部机构进行了检验

和认证。他们通过使用标准化的LCA（生命周期评估）方法测量

产品对环境的影响来描述产品对环境的影响。

马贝还致力于开发挥发性有机化合物（VOC）排放量低的产

品，归功于马贝本身的研发实验室的先进仪器和设备，这些产

品都通过有效的检测。为了确定这些产品的VOC排放量低，马

贝决定采用德国EMICODE标示系统，特别是GEV定义的严格

分类标准进行测试（Gemeinschaft Emissionskontrollierte

马贝产品通过中国环境标志产品认证，不仅是马贝产品各项指

标要达到中国环境标志产品技术要求，同时，由于其认证流程

要求的严格性，马贝本身需要有相当完备的资质，管理要更加

规范，具体地讲，马贝不仅是一个完全符合国家法律法规和政

策的经营实体，而且其管理制度尤其是控制马贝产品质量和符

合环境保护管理要求的制度需要在行业内处于领先位置。因

此，马贝获得“中国环境标志产品认证”，不仅是对马贝产品的

质量肯定，也是马贝的资质、产品、管理以及发展理念的综合认

证。

境规程中发挥了作用。GEV仅授予对经过公司严格定期质量控

its impact using standardised LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) methods.

Mapei is also committed to the development of products with low

emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) that help improve the

quality of air in internal surroundings, products which are tested both

within the company, thanks to the cutting-edge instruments and

equipment available in our Research and Development laboratories,

and by external laboratories. To identify those products with low VOC

emissions Mapei decided to adopt the voluntary German EMICODE

labelling system, particularly strict classification criteria as defined

by GEV (Gemeinschaft Emissionskontrollierte Verlegewerkstoffe,

Klebstoffe und Bauprodukte).

The China Environmental labeling not only certifies Mapei products for

complying with all the technical requirements, but also confirms that

Mapei possesses sound qualification and well regulated production

management system. Specifically, Mapei is an enterprise with

operation in compliance with the Chinese regulations and policies.

Moreover, the management system, especially for the quality control

and environmental protection, should be recognized as leading

position in the market. Hence, the labeling affirms Mapei product

quality as well as Mapei qualification background, management

system and development concept.

EPD’s and VOC emissions both play their part in obtaining credits in

the LEED and BREEAM environmental protocols. GEV only grants the

right to use this special marking to those companies which undergo

severe periodic quality controls and assessments carried out by the

institute and consists in the following classification:

防水对建筑结构保护起到至关重要的作用，避免因受潮、老化、长期受风雨侵蚀而出现渗漏。

如没选择合适的防水产品，水汽容易渗透至建筑内部，影响对基面粘结力、并造成结构损坏，

受潮基面漆料及面层材料难稳定附着。厨、卫生间等湿气重的场所，会出现渗漏情况。外墙受

到环境气候变化的侵害，如没有良好的防水层，同样没办法完善保护基材。

而马贝既有水泥基胶凝材料的强度，易与潮湿基面粘结，又兼有聚合物涂膜的弹性大、防水性

好的优点。无毒、无害，不存在沥青、焦油、有机溶剂型防水材料污染弊端。可于潮湿基面施工、

方便快捷。致密防水层可有效保障建筑结构安全，堵住水汽渗透，以避免出现因受潮而出现的

裂缝和基面损坏。

Waterproofing treatment plays an important role in building protection, preventing

it from leakage caused by damping, aging and atmospheric corrosion. Without

proper waterproofing treatment, penetration can easily affect the building

structure and the adhesion to the substrate that lead to serious constructural

damage. Both coating and covering materials are difficult to adhere well on

such damped substrate. Leakage is common in places like kitchen and bathroom

etc. caused by such damage. The exterior wall always suffers attack caused by

temperature change. In case waterproofing application has not been done properly,

the substrate should not be protected well.

Mapei waterproofing materials are combined with the features of cementitious

hydric strength, easy bonding to wet substrate, good elasticity and waterproofing

strength. Non-toxic, user-friendly, free of bitumen, tar and solvent waterproofing

substance, easy to apply on wet substrate, compact waterproofing layer maintains

building’s stabilized structure, stopping vapor penetration, cracking and damage

to the substrate.

Waterproofing product especially formulated to suit home renovation

and various constructions. The product comprises component A

(powder) and component B (additive), with characteristics of good

impermeability strength, easy to apply, non-toxic. This product is in
