结构特点
1、整体阀门由低温合金钢精铸或精锻而成，Y型结构，流体阻力小，不产生热量和涡流，不存液，减少制冷剂加注量，不产生液爆和闪发气体。
2、六级密封结构，全部采用进口材料，完全杜绝泄露的发生，六重保护，安全可靠。
3、304不锈钢阀杆高耐腐蚀性，永不生锈，表面经纳米技术处理（国家专利），提高表面硬度的同时，也使光洁度Ra值≤0.03，近乎无摩擦，任何情况下都能实现手轮启闭（不需要扳手），正常启闭5000次无泄露，极大提高使用寿命和安全性。
4、高强度压铸铝阀帽，轻便不锈，阀帽上拥有2个不同尺寸的内四方（国家专利），实现不同型号阀杆的启闭功能。
5、先进的模块化设计，实现同一个阀体上安装不同功能组件，实现不同功能，方便快捷。
6、加长结构（国家专利），焊接时不需要拆卸（阀门上的每个螺栓都有固定的扭力，有效避免拆卸后安装扭力不合理产
生泄露的可能），有效防止焊接热量损坏密封填料。
7、新型的阀体密封结构（国家专利），保证阀门在任何位置都能有效关闭，极大提高安全性。
