Diamond (PCD) Saw Blades 金刚石(PCD)圆锯片
·大幅提高产量

PCD重要指标
1硬度可达8000HV，是普通硬质合金的8\~12倍。
2:PCD的导热系数为700w/mk,甚至高于PCB和铜，因此导热速度迅速。
3:PCD的摩擦系数一般为0.1\~0.3(硬质合金的摩擦系数为(0.4\~1),因此PCD刀具可显著减省切削刀。
4:PCD的膨胀系数仅为0.9×10^-6\~1.18×10^-6,仅相当于硬质合金的1/5,因此PCD刀具热变形小，可获得更高的精度。
5：PCD与有色金属和非金属材料间的亲和力很小，在加工过程中不易在刀刃表面形成积屑层，从而获得更高的切削寿命和效果。
Importantindication
1: The hardness is 8000 hv, 8 \~ 12 times that of common cemented carbide.
2: The coefficient of thermal conductivity of PCD of 700 w/mk, even higher than that of PCB and copper, so the rapid rate of heat conduction.
3: PCD friction coefficience is 0.1 \~ 0.3 (friction coefficience of the carbide (0.4 \~ 1), so the cutting force can be significantly reduced. 4: PCD expansion coefficience is 0.9 x 10 - 6-1.18 × 10 - 6, only equivalent to 1/5 of carbide, so the thermal deformation is small, that makes higher precision.
5: Affinity between PCD with non-ferrous metals & non-metallic materials is very small,not easy to form layer on the surface of the blades under procession, that makes longer life time and better cutting effection.
PCD刀具的优势
1：与硬质合金相比，工作寿命为50-150倍，甚至更高。
2：由于是电极放电研磨，相比较机械研磨方式，保证了锯片的研磨次数，一般可以达到6次。
3：因为热膨胀系数小，可获得更高精度的保证，从而得到更平整的锯切效果。
4:由于PCD材质的特性，可获PCD刀具在应用过程中的更长疲劳周期，从而确保了成品率，减少了进一步处理的工序。
The advantages of PCD saw blades
1.50-150 times of life time compared to carbide saw blades.
2. Grinding blades can be reduced within 6 times by electrode discharge grinding( compared to mechanical grinding)
3. Better precision obtained from low thermal expansion makes smoother cutting effect.
4. PCD has longer fatigue circle, that ensures high qualified rate and reduced further procession steps.
