Hongwang has about 2000 professional employees, equipped with advanced equipment such as 1450mm and 1700mm five stand tandem mill, hot and cold annealing and pickling line with in-line three and four stands tandem mill, 850mm of six stands tandem mill, 20-high mills, and whole coil of brushed, 8K, Black Ti-Gold, APF, PVD colored stainless steel production units with independent intellectual property rights. FUJIANHONGWANG

In 2014, annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with in-line three stand tandem mill and annual output of 300,000 tons of 20-high thin gauge cold rolling mills with the cold continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production. Hot annealing and pickling line with in-line three stand tandem mill innovatively introduces the technology of continuously direct rolling for incoming black coil to realize the integrated production of rolling, annealing and pickling processes. It achieves another breakthrough of stainless steel rolling process.

In 2018, Fujian Hongwang 1700mm five stand tandem mill with the cold continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production. Hongwang become the first private enterprise in China that produce 1700mm cold-rolled product. All series of cold-rolled stainless steel coil products are covered. Relying on the raw materials and market competitive advantages of Tsingtuo group, the later stage plans to further enrich product categories and extend the industrial chain.

ZHAOQING HONGWANG

The first annual output of 500,000 tons of five-stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing and pickling line puts into operation at Zhaoqing Hongwang in January 2014. The production line adopted advanced 18-high mill and intelligent electronic control technology. Successfully build and operate the first five-stand tandem mill equipped with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line leads the transformation of China's stainless steel cold rolling industry from the single rolling to the continuous rolling.

In June 2019, the company innovatively developed the coil processing technology of brushed, 8k, Black Ti-Gold, APF, PVD colored and single sheet PVD intelligent continuous coating. It has realized the large-scale production of colored stainless steel, and improved the color stability and quality controllability. The company is able to provide the Integrated customized service from the cold-rolled coil to the surface finishing products.

YANGJIANGHONGWANG

In October 2019, the annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with in-line four stand tandem mill puts into trial production smoothly. The production line adopted many advanced technologies and become the first intelligent unit in the private cold-rolled stainless steel industry. In January 2021, the second phase annual output of 500,000 tons of 1450 hot and cold annealing and pickling line with inline four stand tandem mills and annual output of 300,000 tons of cold-rolling stainless steel project puts into trial production. The company established a strategic partnership with Guangqing group to achieve the effective integration of production, supply and marketing resources. To achieve the smart factory and "unmanned" operation, we strive to build the project into a domestic modern stainless steel manufacturing base and intelligent manufacturing industry tourism demonstration site.

SHANDONGHONGWANG

The first phase constructs 850mm six stand tandem mill with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line in 2016, produces 300,000 tons high quality cold-rolled narrow strip annually. In 2017, the second phase builds annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm hot annealing and pickling line with inline one stand tandem mill, and annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm five stand tandem mill with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line. From 2019 to 2020, the third phase builds 20-high mills, bright annealing and the whole coil surface finishing of brushed, 8K, Black Ti-Gold, APF, PVD colored stainless steel, to satisfy customers'multiple needs.

SICHUAN HONGWANG

Sichuan Hongwang is an important strategic layout in the southwest region, the project adopts advanced cold-rolled stainless steel production equipment and the complete set of surface finishing facilities. The equipments include single mill, annealing and pickling, bright annealing, tension leveler, split and cutting, brushed, 8K, Black Ti-Gold and APF stoving varnish processing. The annual output reached 150,000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel coil and sheet surface finishing products. The company has fully equipped with stainless steel production, supply, and marketing system, to achieve effective integration of resources.

HENANHONGWANG

As an important stainless steel surface finishing base of Hongwang group in central China, Henan Hongwang has CNC 1450 18-high mills, bright annealing, and all kinds of stainless steel sheet surface finishing equipment. Company mainly produce stainless steel cold-rolled coil and sheet surface finishing products. Relying on the regional layout advantages of the central plains economic zone, it has formed a large-scale and technologically advanced stainless steel sheet finishing base in China.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Core products are cold-rolled stainless steel coil of 200, 300 and 400 series. The products included No.1, 2B, 2D, 2E, the width from 510mm to 1550mm.

Innovatively developed the whole coil processing technology of brushed, 8K, Black Ti-Gold, AP independent intellectual property rights. Compared with the traditional single sheet processin advantages of high efficiency, stable quality and low production cost. The large-scale productic steel coil has been realized, and two pain points in the traditional color stainless steel industry color difference and single sheet processing. Whole coil surface finishing technology greatly im and quality controllability.

INNOVATION

Hongwang strives to implement the concept of technology leads development, taking the lead in introducing advanced production equipment, and continuously achieving breakthroughs in technology. The group and its subsidiaries have established stainless steel technology research and development center, stainless steel public testing and technical service center, academician workstation, doctoral workstation, and other innovative platforms, also reached cooperation agreements with well-known universities on joint technology development. The group has gained 376 national patents, including 56 patent for inventions, 319 patent for utility models, 1 design patent.

DIGITIZATION

Hongwang applies a fully automated, informatized, and data-based production-supply-marketing management system to realize the integration of the OMS order management system, MES production management system, ERP system, and OA office system. In the foreseeable future, the group will gradually upgrade to “Industry 4.0” and create new “unmanned" factories to help Hongwang implement intelligent manufacturing comprehensively.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Hongwang advocates green manufacturing, making green products. The workshop uses clean energy to reduce emissions. Fully continuous automated production line makes unit energy consumption is expected to be reduced by 20%, production efficiency is expected to increase by 20%. Using advanced waste water, waste gas and waste acid treatment systems, the comprehensive recovery rate of waste acid is expected to reach over 90%, and the waste water reuse rate is expected to reach over 95%. Hongwang work closely with the upstream companies to build factories nearby, significantly reduce transportation and public energy consumption.
