Hongwang has about 2000 professional employees, equipped with advanced equipment such as 1450mm and 1700mm five stand tandem mill, hot and cold annealing and pickling line with in-line three and four stands tandem mill, 850mm of six stands tandem mill, 20-high mills, and whole coil of brushed, 8K , Black Ti-Gold, APF, PVD colored stainless steel produc�on units with independent intellectual property rights. Core products are cold-rolled stainless steel coils of 200, 300, 400 series, coil and sheet surface finishing products. The products are widely used in various fields. March 2006 Foshan Hongwang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd is established. The cold-rolled stainless steel supermarkets supermarket is founded. 2005 In 2005, Hongwang established the first private wide plate cold-rolling plant in China, which was a breakthrough in the industry. 04

FUJIAN HONGWANG In 2014, annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with in-line three stand tandem mill and annual output of 300,000 tons of 20-high thin gauge cold rolling mills with the cold con�nuous annealing and pickling line puts into produc�on. Hot annealing and pickling line with in-line three stand tandem mill innova�vely introduces the technology of con�nuously direct rolling for incoming black coil to realize the integrated produc�on of rolling, annealing and pickling processes. It achieves another breakthrough of stainless steel rolling process. In 2018, Fujian Hongwang 1700mm five stand tandem mill with the cold con�nuous annealing and pickling line puts into produc�on. Hongwang become the first private enterprise in China that produce 1700mm cold-rolled product. All series of cold-rolled stainless steel coil products are covered. Relying on the raw materials and market compe��ve advantages of Tsingtuo group, the later stage plans to further enrich product categories and extend the industrial chain.

ZHAOQING HONGWANG The first annual output of 500,000 tons of five-stand tandem mill with the con�nuous annealing and pickling line puts into opera�on at Zhaoqing Hongwang in January 2014. The produc�on line adopted advanced 18-high mill and intelligent electronic control technology. Successfully build and operate the first five-stand tandem mill equipped with the con�nuous cold annealing and pickling line leads the transforma�on of China's stainless steel cold rolling industry from the single rolling to the con�nuous rolling. In June 2019, the company innova�vely developed the coil processing technology of brushed, 8k, Black Ti-Gold, APF, PVD colored and single sheet PVD intelligent con�nuous coa�ng. It has realized the large-scale produc�on of colored stainless steel, and improved the color stability and quality controlla- bility. The company is able to provide the Integrated customized service from the cold-rolled coil to the surface finishing products. 06

YANGJIANG HONGWANG In October 2019, the annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with in-line four stand tandem mill puts into trial produc�on smoothly. The produc�on line adopted many advanced technologies and become the first intelligent unit in the private cold-rolled stainless steel industry. In January 2021, the second phase annual output of 500,000 tons of 1450 hot and cold annealing and pickling line with inline four stand tandem mills and annual output of 300,000 tons of cold-rolling stainless steel project puts into trial produc�on. The company established a strategic partnership with Guangqing group to achieve the effec�ve integra�on of produc�on, supply and marke�ng resources. To achieve the smart factory and \"unmanned\" opera�on, we strive to build the project into a domes�c modern stainless steel manufacturing base and intelligent manufacturing industry tourism demonstra�on site.

SHANDONG HONGWANG The first phase constructs 850mm six stand tandem mill with the con�nuous cold annealing and pickling line in 2016, produces 300,000 tons high quality cold-rolled narrow strip annually. In 2017, the second phase builds annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm hot annealing and pickling line with inline one stand tandem mill, and annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm five stand tandem mill with the con�nuous cold annealing and pickling line. From 2019 to 2020, the third phase builds 20-high mills, bright annealing and the whole coil surface finishing of brushed, 8K, Black Ti-Gold, APF, PVD colored stainless steel, to sa�sfy customers’mul�ple needs. 08

SICHUAN HONGWANG Sichuan Hongwang is an important strategic layout in the southwest region, the project adopts advanced cold-rolled stainless steel produc�on equipment and the complete set of surface finishing facili�es. The equipments include single mill, annealing and pickling, bright annealing, tension leveler, split and cu�ng, brushed, 8K, Black Ti-Gold and APF stoving varnish processing. The annual output reached 150,000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel coil and sheet surface finishing products. The company has fully equipped with stainless steel produc�on, supply, and marke�ng system, to achieve effec�ve integra�on of resources.

HENAN HONGWANG As an important stainless steel surface finishing base of Hongwang group in central China, Henan Hongwang has CNC 1450 18-high mills, bright annealing, and all kinds of stainless steel sheet surface finishing equip- ment. Company mainly produce stainless steel cold-rolled coil and sheet surface finishing products. DIGITIZATION Hongwang applies a fully automated, informa�zed, and data-based produc�on-supply-marke�ng management system to realize the integra�on of the OMS order management system, MES produc�on management system, ERP system, and OA office system. In the foreseeable future, the group will gradually upgrade to “Industry 4.0” and create new “unmanned” factories to help Hongwang implement intelligent manufacturing comprehensively. 14

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION Hongwang advocates green manufacturing, making green products. The workshop uses clean energy to reduce emissions. Fully con�nuous automated produc�on line makes unit energy consump�on is expected to be reduced by 20%, produc�on efficiency is expected to increase by 20%. Using advanced waste water, waste gas and waste acid treatment systems, the comprehensive recovery rate of waste acid is expected to reach over 90%, and the waste water reuse rate is expected to reach over 95%. Hongwang work closely with the upstream companies to build factories nearby, significantly reduce transporta�on and public energy consump�on.
