湖南三兴工业科技有限公司成立于1996年，是原国营企业湘潭市冶金化工厂改制而成的股份有限公司，公司总部坐落于湖南省湘潭市国家高新技术开发区，是一家专业研发、生产和销售PVC热稳定剂的国家高新技术企业.公司现与知名高校联手成立了两大研发中心，并拥有天易环保、资兴有色、荷塘新材三大生产基地，占地200余亩，固定资产过亿元，年产能达20万吨，现已经发展成为中国PVC稳定剂行业中生产加工产业链最长、产品种类最齐全的龙头企业之一。

1981 1981年10月3日湘潭市冶金化工厂在毛主席故乡湘潭市文昌村成立，这是湖南三兴工业科 技有限公司的前身
