Why do some people enjoy more health and happiness than others? They are able to make their dream come true quickly. The good news is that you can be one of those people, especially when you understand what happiness is in my book Find Your Happiness.
Set goals and hold on to chances.
Happy people are great goal setters. They work toward their goals daily and see chances in everything. This allows them to stand out in different areas of their life. Ask yourself if you are open for chances and setting big goals.
Don't use the word luck.
When you look at a happy person, you may say, “They are so lucky." But a conversation with them will tell us that luck is not in their vocabulary. Instead, they believe that love for life and hard work bring great results.
Walk out of their comfort zone and try to risk often.
Know that there is more to life than being happy. So they ask for adventure( 冒 险) and satisfaction through new experiences. They see risk as growth and are happier because they live a full life.
Happy people don't spend a lot of time thinking about happiness. They live in the moment and enjoy the ups and downs of life. Happy people still experience setbacks(挫折), but they look at those setbacks as a way to learn more about themselves and to grow.
If you want to learn more about how to find your happiness, just open my book! 9. The passage above mainly tells us how to
A.enjoy more health B. find our happiness C. make dreams come true D. get chances in life
10. In the writer's opinion, it's important to
A. work for goals daily B. have luck in life C. stay in comfort zone D. experience setbacks
11. From the passage, we can learn that happy people are probably thar others.
