本机采用日本三菱600行程机械手，进口摄像头，松下PLC等国际高端电器，定位尺寸大，精度高，运行稳定，速度快，可操控性强，转版调机五分钟左右，适合各种纸盒、皮壳、内衬的送纸、过胶、对位生产。该机全部由本公司自主研发、设计、生产，其中飞达部分、过胶部分、程序控制部分已经获得多项国家专利。

DG-500B 全自动伺服成型机(可双位成型)

功能特点：

该机与自动定位机自动联机后，即为全自动制盒机。亦可自动联机两台，即为全自动双头制盒机。凸轮传动、自动调模、免换铲刀、免换先压泡板等。集智能、科学、效率的设计理念为一体。

1. 伺服凸轮传动：采用伺服马达通过行星减速机驱动凸轮动作，完成纸盒的包边折入成型工作，运行稳定，使用寿命长。

2. 自动调模：输入纸盒的长宽高和模具的高度后，机器会自动调整好相关成型位置，生产时即自动锁固，无需人工调整和锁固，操作简单，易学易懂。

3.免换压泡板和折边刀：该机已经装好固定长度的压泡板和折边刀，适应任意尺寸纸盒的生产，无需更换拆卸，节省了转板时间和成本。

4. 自动抱盒：与自动定位机组合后，可自动将定位好的纸盒抱入机器成型，待包边、折入、压泡完成后自动抱出，无需人工参与，保障安全，稳定快捷。

5. 存储记忆功能：只要是生产过的纸盒，都会无限数量的自动保存该数据，再次生产该纸盒时，调出确认即可，无需再次调整，真正的实现人工智能化。

6. 多次压泡：单边400公斤的压力，可实现前后左右分别或整体的1-2次压泡，盒体平整美观无气泡。

Feature:
