DISC ESSENTIALS
Why do some people like solving complex tasks and others enjoy being around others? Why are some people more logical while others show their emotional side easily?Why do some make decisions quickly while others need time to think? In this workshop we learn about our own preferences and those of others. Each style has its advantages, disadvantages and possible blind spots.Self-awareness is the first step, but the value in learning DisC is its application. The typical person communicates according to how they like to receive information.The effective communicator knows the needs of each of the styles and customizes the message to THEiR needs. Observing and adapting to style preferences allows the communicator to clearly, quickly and effectively show his/her audience the value of their message.

DISC Essentials
This day-and-a-half workshop starts with an assessment of each participant and theirpreferences.From there,thefocusis onhow to apply this knowledge in all forms of communication, including advertising, emails and presentations. The end results are participants whoknow themselves better and know how to adapt their communications in ways that help them get better results more often and realizing that people are less complicated than they seem.
