施工工艺Constructionprocess

基面处理：混凝土基面预处理，打磨、清理，修补伸缩缝及孔洞等；
底漆层：滚涂环氧底油V-30；
砂浆层：用环氧中涂材料V-30调配石英砂至施工所需厚度；
腻子层：用环氧中涂材料VF-MA加石英粉或双飞粉批刮腻子；
铺设铜箔：横、纵向间隔2M |x| 2M或4M×4M铺设铜箔（铜箔上用VF-C-M封闭一遍）
导静电底油层：辊、刮涂导静电底油VW-C-16各一遍；
面漆层：用导静电自流平材料VF-C-505饅刮一遍。
涂层厚度：一般1mm-3mm超过4mm需压砂
