注:垫片外层材料为聚四氟乙烯(PTE/SM301)，应符合GB7136一级品的规定，内层材料为丁腈橡胶板(或其他合成橡胶).其硬度质应符合上表要求。

(但需要注意的是，当遇到300度以上高温时，氟橡胶会释放出有害的气体。吸入这些气体会对人体健康造成损害)。

EPDM gasket

代号EPDM，公称压力≤16MPA，工作温度-30\~+130，最大工作压力9.0MPA。三元乙丙橡胶制品在130℃下可长期使用，在150下可短暂或间歇使用。

三元乙丙橡胶在臭氧浓度50pphm、拉伸30%的条件下，可达150h以上不龟裂。

代号NBR公称压力≤16MPA,工作温度-20\~+110，最大工作压力6.0MPA

丁腈橡胶适应于在较宽温度范围内具有良好的耐油、溶剂、芳香烃、碱性碳氢化合物、石油和天然气的腐蚀性能。对氢氧化物、盐和接近中性的酸具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。但在强氧化介质、氯化碳氢化合物，酮类和脂类其耐腐蚀性能是差的，推荐工作温度-20\~110℃。

产品特性:延伸率高，耐油、耐高温、耐老化性能好，无毒无味。

Aramid rubber plate / gasket

芳纶橡胶板是由芳纶纤维、其他复合纤维及丁晴橡胶组成，主要用于空气、水、海水、热水、蒸汽、石油以及一般的弱酸碱的密封材料。适用的温度以及压力范围广，建议使用温度不高于250℃，长期使用温度200℃。主要应用:适用于水、高温蒸汽、压缩空气、关节的一部分，换热器管材、阀门、泵等旋转机械。

改性四氟板/垫片

采用优质纯聚四氟乙烯树脂或添加改性材料，经超音速气流混合、模压成型、烧结而制成各类密封板、管、棒和元件，也可经车削加工或切割制成密封件。

改性四氟具有完全致密纤维化结构，在预紧压力下形成不透气、不透水的柔软密封材料，在高温下性能稳定，有良好的抗蠕变和抗冷流能力，并具有极佳的抗拉强度。只需少量规格的储备，大大减少用户库存，节省维修等待时间。是玻璃、塑料、陶瓷等易碎密封面和受损金属密封面的理想密封材料。

金属冲齿板柔性石墨复合垫片由金属冲齿板与柔性石墨板材复合而成。

常用金属冲齿板材料为低碳钢和0Cr18Ni9、00Cr19Ni100Cr17Ni12Mo2、00Cr17Ni14Mo2等。其性能应符合GB/T2520和GB/T3280等相应标准的规定。经与用户协商,也可以采用其他冲齿板材料。

The metal punching plate flexible graphite composite gasket is composed of metal punching plate and flexible graphite plate. Common metal gear punching plate materials are low carbon steel and 0Cr18Ni9, 00cr19ni100cr17ni12mo2, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, etc. Its performance shall comply with the provisions of corresponding standards such as GB / t2520 and GB / t3280. Other punching plate materials can also be used after negotiation with users.

常用包边材料为0Cr18Ni900Cr19Ni100Cr17i12M200Cr17Ni14Mo2等。其性能应符合GB/T3280等相应标准的规定。经与用户协商,也可以采用其他包边材料。

金属冲齿板柔性石墨复合板材的性能应符合JB/T6628的规定。32外观垫片表面应平整、无翘曲变形,不允许有裂纹、褶皱、划伤等可能影响使用性能的缺陷存在。边缘切割应整齐,金属冲齿板与柔性石墨层应结合良好。

Common edge wrapping materials are 0cr18ni900cr19ni100cr17i12m200cr17ni14mo2, etc. Its performance shall comply with the provisions of corresponding standards such as GB/ t3280. Other edging materials can also be used after negotiation with users. The performance of metal punching plate and flexible graphite composite plate shall comply with the provisions of JB / T 6628. 32 the surface of the appearance gasket shall be flat without warpage and deformation, and there shall be no cracks, folds, scratches and other defects that may affect the service performance. The edge cutting shall be neat, and the metal punching plate shall be well combined with the flexible graphite layer.

垫片应由整张复合板切割制成。外径大于1000mm的垫片,如需要拼接,应取得需方同意。

厚度3mm的垫片可由厚度15mm的垫片粘贴而成。但应保证粘贴后的垫片在运输、贮存和安装使用过程中不发生分层和错位现象。

The gasket shall be cut from the whole composite plate. If the gasket with outer diameter greater than 1000mm needs to be spliced, it shall be approved by the demander.

The gasket with thickness of 3mm can be pasted by the gasket with thickness of 15mm. However, it shall be ensured that the pasted gasket will not be layered and misplaced during transportation, storage, installation and use.

3片包边应平整,公称尺寸小于或等于DN150的垫片,内包边不允许接头;DN150以上的垫片,内包边只允许有一个接头。焊点不应有未熔合和过熔等缺陷。

3 pieces of edge wrapping shall be flat. For gaskets with nominal size less than or equal to DN150, joints are not allowed for inner edge wrapping; For gaskets above DN150, only one joint is allowed at the inner edge. The welding spot shall be free from defects such as incomplete fusion and over fusion.

Metal toothed gasket

金属齿型垫片具有同心圆沟槽，密封效果比一般金属平板垫片更优异，适用于高温高压的管法兰、压力容器端盖、各种阀件的密封，锁紧力低，特别适用于较窄的法兰面。此产品在一般应用场合可再生使用，相当经济有效。

The metal toothed gasket has concentric grooves, and the sealing effect is better than that of general metal flat gasket. It is suitable for the sealing of pipe flange, pressure vessel end cover and various valves under high temperature and high pressure. The locking force is low, and it is especially suitable for narrow flange surface. This product is renewable in general applications and is quite economical and effective.

Metal ring gasket is a kind of sealing gasket widely used in pipe flange, pressure vessel, tower, groove, valve cap and so on. The metal ring gasket belongs to self tightening seal. The cushion ring contacts and compresses the inner and outer inclined planes (mainly outer inclined planes) of the cushion groove to form a seal. It is generally used for annular connecting seat flange, which can achieve strict sealing effect in high temperature and high pressure environment.
