Hongwang has about 2000 professional employees, equipped with advanced equipment such as 4 feet and 5 feet five stand tandem mill, hot and cold annealing and pickling line with inline three and four stands tandem mill, 85Omm of six stands tandem mill, and 20-high mills, etc. Core products are cold-rolled stainless steel coils of 200, 300, 400 series and plate processing products. The products are widely used for kitchenware, medical apparatus, household appliances and decoration etc. Hongwang products have a good market demand both in domestic and over the seas because of excellent product quality, good reputation, and innovative marketing concepts.

May 2015

Shandong Hongwang 1.2 million tons Nickle based composite materials project starts construction.

September 2015

The first phase annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm three stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production at Fujian Hongwang.

March 2016

The first phase annual output of 300,000 tons of 850mm six stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production at Shandong Hongwang. Annual output of 300,000 tons of 1450mm 20-high rolling mill with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line puts into production at Fujian Hongwang.

October 2017

Annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm hot
annealing and pickling line with inline one stand tandem mill; annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm five stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production at Shandong Hongwang.

December 2017

The second phase annual output of 600,000 tons of 1700mm five stand tandem mill with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line puts into production at Fujian Hongwang.

The first phase annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with inline four stand tandem mill start construction at Yangjiang Hongwang.

Fujian Hongwang starts the construction of an annual output of one million tons of cold-rolled stainless steel project.

January 2014

The 1450mm five-stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing and pickling line at Zhaoqing Hongwang puts into operation successfully.

July 2012

Henan Tianhong Metal Material Co., Ltd puts into production. Hongwang starts to build the first five-stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing andpickling line in China.

March 2011

Sichuan Tianhong Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. puts into production. The products gains the market leadership in the western region.

August 2010

Guangdong Hongwang Investment Group Co., Ltd. is established to start a collective operation management mode; to optimize resource allocation; and to strengthen technological innovation.

Zhaoqing Hongwang Metal Industrial Co.,Ltd, starts production. The company aims to strengthen the "Hongwang" brand with the idea of being professional, dedicated and excellent.

March 2006 Foshan Hongwang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd is established. Hongwang stainless steel win a good reputation in the industry.

FUJIANHONGWANG

In 2014, annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with inline three stand tandem mill and annual output of 300,000 tons of 20 high thin gauge cold rolling mills with the cold continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production. Hot annealing and pickling line with inline three stand tandem mill innovatively introduces the technology of continuously direct rolling for incoming black coil to realize the integrated production of rolling, annealing and pickling processes. It achieves another breakthrough of stainless steel rolling process.

In 2018, Fujian Hongwang 1700mm five stand tandem mill with the cold continuous annealing and pickling line puts into production. Hongwang become the first private enterprise in China that produce 1700mm cold-rolled coil.

ZHAOQING HONGWANG

The first annual output of 500,000 tons of five-stand tandem mill with the continuous annealing and pickling line puts into operation at Zhaoqing Hongwang on January 2014. The production line adopts advanced 18-high mill and intelligent electronic control technology. Successfully build and operate the first five-stand tandem mill equipped with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line leads the transformation of China's stainless steel cold rolling industry from the single rolling to the continuous rolling.

YANGJIANGHONGWANG

The first phase cover an area nearly 400 acres, planning to build an annual output of 700,000 tons of 1450mm hot and cold annealing and pickling line with inline four stand tandem mill . The production line adopts advanced multi-rolls of tandem mill and intelligent electronic control system. Core products are cold-rolled stainless steel coil of 200, 300, 400 series, surface finishing include No.1, 2B, 2D, 2E. Meanwhile, the annual output of 300,000 tons of Crop shear and surface finishing line associated with complete automation will be build. The products including slitting, 8K, titanium, etc. The project located in the port industry park, high-tech zone, Yangjiang, the subsequent investment will be extended rely on the port advantages and become an important strategic layout of the group in south China.

SHANDONGHONGWANG

The first phase constructs 850mm six stand tandem mill with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line, produces 300,000 tons high quality cold-rolled narrow strip annually. The second phase builds annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm hot annealing and pickling line with inline one stand tandem mill, and annual output of 600,000 tons of 1450mm five stand tandem mill with the continuous cold annealing and pickling line. The third phase build bright annealing and other kinds of stainless steel surface processing line, to satisfy customers' multiple needs.

Core products are cold-rolled stainless steel coils of 200, 300, 400 series and various color plating plates. The finish included No.1, 2B, 2D, 2E; the width from 510mm to 1550mm; and surface finishing such as slitting, 8K, titanium, etc.

INNOVATION

Hongwang strives to implement the concept of technology leading development, take the lead in introducing international advanced production equipment and continuously achieving breakthroughs in technology. The group has gained 172 national patents, including 25 invention patents, 146 utility model patents and 1 design patent. We believe that continuous innovation will bring impetus to the development of Hongwang.

DIGITIZATION

Hongwang applys fully automated, informatized, and data-based production-supply-marketing management system to realize the integration of OMS order management system, MES production management system, ERP system and OA office system. This is expected to reduces staffing by 80%, and increases production efficiency by 5 times. In the foreseeable future, the group will gradually upgrade to "Industry 4.0" and create new unmanned factories to help Hongwang move towards a digital future.

GREEN PRODUCTION

Hongwang advocates green manufacturing. Workshop uses clean energy such as electricity and natural gas to reduce emissions. Fully continuous automated production line makes unit energy consumption is expected to be reduced by 20%, production efficiency is expected to increase by 20%. Using advanced waste water, waste gas and waste acid treatment systems, the comprehensive recovery rate of waste acid is expected to reach over 90%, and the waste water reuse rate is expected to reach over 95%. Hongwang work closely with the upstream companies to build factories nearby, significantly reduce transportation and public energy consumption.
