顾名思义,模就是模具,内就是里面,热可以理解成塑胶还没有完全冷却,还有一定温度,切就是剪断分离。也就是说在模具里面,模具还未打开塑胶还没完全冷却的候,进行水切分离的技术。

为什么要用模内热切?
能帮助我们实现自动化剪切水口,从而减少人力开销。现如今用工成本越来越贵,尤其最近几年人力成本呈直线上升,不光人力成本贵,更让企业头疼的是招不到人,再加上整个社会人口老龄化,从而导致用企业出现工荒。这种现象不会好转只会越来越严重。所以为了解决以上困扰,自动化生产替代人工,是现在也是未来不变的方向和动力。

提高甚至改善注塑工艺:
比如说一些透明薄壁的产品,基于手工剪切,所以产品进胶口不敢设计得太宽太大,担心后期手工剪切会有难度。那么有了模内热切技术后,产品的进胶可以无限制的做宽做大,从而使得注塑工艺更加简单和轻松,对注塑机的要求也不会那么挑剔。再比如再按键孔进胶的各种产品,以往的做法是在按键孔用2点或3点进胶,然后人工切除,但产品百分之百有熔接线,有些为了解决熔接线不得不拿去喷油处理,有的甚至喷几次。现在有了模内热切技术,大可不必遵循以前的传统做法了,可以直接在按键孔环型进胶,成型完,模内切刀直接把整个环型水口切除,并且有效的解决了熔接线的问题,还缩短了成型周期。

触动 Touch
安装在模具上的触动开关将模具合模信号输入到时序控制器里面。
The tact switch in stalled on the mold inputs the mold clamping signal into the timing controller.
射胶 Shot glue
成型机开始射胶填充模具型腔。
Themoldingmachinestarts to shoot glue to fill the mold cavity.
保压Holdpressure
保压即将结束时,切刀开始完成进刀动作。此时胶料还没有冷固,所以切刀可以达“热”切效果。 When thepressure holding isabouttoend,thecuter startstocomplete theadvancemovement.Atthis time,the rubbermaterial has notbeen cold-set,so the cutter canachievea "hot" cutting effect.
冷却 Cooldown
切刀保持在分离位置,直至冷却即将结束时,切刀退回,此时产品与水口已经分离并已成型。 Thecutterstaysin theseparated positionuntil thecooling isabout toend,thecuterretracts,atthistime th product and the nozzle have been separated and formed.
完成Finish
模具打开后,取出产品与水口即可。切口平整,无需再进行修剪。
