欧盟RoHS2.0新要求NEWREQUIREMENTSOFEURoHS2.0

2015年6月4日，欧盟在其官方公报上发布指令(EU)2015/863对RoHS2.0(2011/65/EU)附录I进行修订，将四项邻苯二甲酸酯(DEHPBBP、DBP、DIBP)列入RoHS2.0中。新增的四项邻苯二甲酸酯的限值均为 0 . 1 % (1,000ppm)。至此，RoHS2.0附录Il中的限制物质增加至十项。自2019年7月22日起，除医疗设备和监控设备以外的所有电子电气设备需要满足新要求：自2021年7月22日起，医疗设备和监控设备需满足新要求。

OnJune4,2015,(EU)2015/863was published on the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) to revise the RoHS 2.0 (2011/65/EU)adding four phthalates (DEHP,BBP,DBP,DIBP).The limitsof four phthalatesare 0 . 1 % (1,000ppm) and ten kindsof restricted substances included inRoHS 2.0 Annex Ilat present.The phthalate restrictionswill takeeffect on July22,2019 forall electrical and electronic products except medical devices,monitoring and control instruments.Medical devices, monitoringand control instruments need to comply from July 22,2021.
