直线单边机砂轮简称直边机砂轮，适用于所有品牌的直边机和多级边玻璃深加工设备，磨轮分粗磨、修磨、精磨、抛光。可根据玻璃深加工企业的不同要求选择不同的粒度及订制方案。正常加工玻璃的厚度为3-19mm（也可为多层夹胶的厚板玻璃订制砂轮），常规玻璃的最大单边磨削量为3-5mm，最大速度可达15米。
