01双头抱盒机械手：采用背靠背式两套独立取盒机构；整体框架设计，输入尺寸一键自动调模，搭配两台凸轮成型机，模块式设计，分为A+B联机模式、A模式、B模式，在线一键切换不停机，开一台开两台任意切换，带防撞机保护。夹盒、吸面纸，整体抬升再输送到成型邹位，不会托花面纸。

This is Multifunction Vision Localization Module and its box feeding system and the board feeding system are independent. The machine adopts motor lifting device to transforming function quickly. JL580型天地盖伺服成型机，是在JL500系列天地盖成型机两个伺服的基础上增加四套伺服电机，与四套机械凸轮，代替原来的气缸来完成糊边、折入等糊盒动作，不受气压大小影响，动作更精准，速度更快，运行流畅安静。

显著特点 /ADVANTAGES

01取盒机械手为抱盒机构，内盒四面抱住，面纸吸住，抬升一定高度，再输送到成型工位，避免面纸打卷，拖花等情况。

02取盒机械于为齿轮齿条传动,双伺服马达驱动，定位位置更精准、运行流旸，调机速度快。

This machine has some improvements based on JL-500 series.It adds four servo motors and four mechanical cams ,instead of the original cylinder to paste and fold box.It's not affected by the pressure and it's more accurate,quickly, quiet and smooth.

01 Mechanical arm holds the inner box by 4 sides, suction the paper, lift to a certain height, and then transport to the forming part. Avoid paper rolling and scratching.

02 The box holding manipulator uses gear-rack transmission and double servo with planetary reducer drive.Position more accurately,run smoothly,adjust quickly.

03 The module can be equipped one or two with positioning machines.It can make full use of corner pasting machine and positioning machine and improve production efficiency.

04 Use six servo drive, ith mechanical cams to finish the whole box making process . Mold closing servos increase to 750w and can fold to the bottom of the box more quickly and solid.

05 The function of self-righting box, especially for the deformation of the gray board, the big size and the box not solid.

06 Exclusive box making mode: switching by one click, folding to the bottom, side ears butt jointing, single-mould box making(optional), debubbling twice, grating protection, automatic induction starting, automatic backing box , testing by one-step play , pressure increasing or decreasing at the bottom of the box.

07 The spare parts are machined by CNC with high precision and electroplated. The rack adopts automotive paint surface treatment, and the paint will never drop.

08 The steel plate of the whole machine is all thickened. The thickness of rack and table is 30mm and 5mm thick steel bar is welded for the base, so the structure is more stable.
