ELKOM Aluminium Honey Comb panel adopts aluminium comb as the core
of sandwich panel. High strength aluminium top sheet and bottom sheet and
anti corrosion treated aluminium honey comb core bonded together by tailor
made glue with the process of heating and pressing. It is of the advantages
of lightweight, high strength and excellent flush. It has multiple choices in
joint width, raw material and color, which can show different wall style. The
aluminium honey comb is starting from aeronautics and space area and now
is improving the practical function and beauty of the building.

双曲面或异形无规律的复杂型幕墙的统称，一般有相当的三维能

TPM 管理
设备：自动加工中心：根据程序设定加工工件由传送带机械手移
送到自动加工中心，可以进行高效地生产，并持续保持高效的质
量。德国进口全自动激光切割机：自动完成下料工序，消除人为
定位错误，速度快、产品精度高，适合大量多元化生产。
工艺：生产完全采用 ELKOM 公司的工艺流程。金属板成型通过
辊压工艺逐步成型，充分释放钢板内部应力。雾化喷射工艺，使
板材粘结强度和耐久性更好。热压复合技术，确保面板整体性、
强度和平整度。
为保证产品系统的应用效果更加突出，对生产人员、生产工艺、
生产设备及生产环境等全方位高度关注。并经过 ELKOM 公司技
术工程师现场指导使生产员工均具有较高的专业水平，现场采取
TPM 生产管理模式，使操作环境良好，可以提高工作兴趣及效率，
以确保每一件产品百分百出厂精良。
Equipment: Automatic Bending center: according to the sequence setting,
the processed workpiece will be transferred from the conveyor belt
manipulator to the automatic bending center. It can produce efficiently and
continuously with guaranteed quality. Germany imported automatic laser
cutting machine: It automatically complete bending process, eliminating
human positioning error. The process is done at a high speed, high
precision, which is suitable for large quantity production.
Process: ELKOM's process is adopted in the production. Metal plate
forming is gradually formed by rolling process to fully release the
internal stress of the steel sheet. Using Thermoplastic two-component
polyurethane PU adhesive, atomizing spray technology makes better
bonding strength and durability. The hinged continuous rock wool
arrangement guarantees the compactness of the core material. Heat
pressing and bond technology ensures panel integrity, strength and
flatness.
In order to ensure the application effect of the product system is more prominent.
Close attention is paid to the production personnel, production process,
production equipment and production environment. The technical engineer of
ELKOM company provided on-site guidance to ensure the high professional level
of production staff. The TPM production management was adopted to ensure
