机床床身、立柱、横梁、滑鞍、主轴箱等全部采用树脂砂造型的高强度铸铁以及合理的布筋结构,刚性好,稳定性强,且经过两次时效工艺处理,彻底消除铸件内应力,提高机床的整体运动刚性和精度保持性。
桥式龙门结构,运动部件都在两立柱上方,三轴移动负载不受工件重量影响,各轴负载稳定均匀,可提供优越稳定的动态精度。
