此機種利用偏心式滚製精密小螺，如針車螺絲、電子螺絲、直、斜花紋·等精密雾件。

强力油滚牙機特性
一、滑板創新以雙仁字形軌道滑行，用斜形梢調節 ，在重壓力滚壓時，滑板對穗定而不致昇起，滑 座更不易磨損。字形軌道經熱處理、後研磨。 字形滑軌加装給油系統（定時）延長滑軌命之優 點。
二、滑板行程及速度可任意調整，滚壓之壓力亦可油 壓任意選選，徙0.5至30，對薄管類或方牙及 汽機車直類之滚壓更為適當。
三、滚輪轉速分二陪各有四種直接變换速度（20\~160 尺P.M）。對於粗細牙或造物圆周之大小，能有適 當之滚壓轉速匹配，便品質更為精良，且滚輪壽命 增長·產量增加。
四、造時間可利用TIME自動控制，可0.1秒到無 限時（亦即滚通無限長），或中立即停止，對於品 質之精劣影響甚大，因細螺紋滚時間短，粗螺 時間長，如此配合之滚壓更合乎經濟及精密化！
五、全部結構強，以强力油滚，機構以鋼一體 熔合而成，經廿四小時调質回火處理，對保證 固耐用。
六、可加裝微電定寸開，及踏急退刀開關。
七、530S及530PS機身結構全部探用鐵板焊燒成型， 經調質回火處理，品質對保證。
八、將油壓箱和機身结合為一體，縮小店地面。
九、輪箱探用循式給油系統，可降低歐姆轉動摩擦 所產生之高温，致可延長歐姆使用壽命。

2. The slide travel and speed are adjustable, so thehydraulicpressurehasawiderangeof choice from 0.5 tons to30 tons tomeet allkinds of threading like coarse thread in thin pipes square gear in auto-parts.
3. The rolling speed is divided in 2 steps and 4 speedswithspeedrange20-160meterper minute.This createsawide speed selection in accordancewiththeadtypesandrolling diametersofworkpieces,and thereforeincreasesproductivity,dielifeandproduts quality.
4.The timing of thread rolling is adjustable from
0.1 sec to infinite (free of end thread rolling) and can be stopped immediately. This has greatly improved the quality of rolled threadsandmadetheworkdonemore economically asfine threadsgenerallyrequires shortertimerollingwhilecoarsethreadsrequires longer timing.
5. The machine body is done by casting steel with
24 hours tempering. Everymechanismisrigidlyconstructedwith selceted materials and fine workmanship.
6. Optional feeding control and foot-actlvated feeding-releasedevices are available upon request.
7.Thestructuresof the530Sand530PSmachines areformed throughironplatebrazing and tempering process.The quality is guaranteed
8.The hydraulic tank and the machine body are combined as one in order to save the space.
9.The gearbox adopts cyclic oil feeding system whichliwersthetemmpeaturecausedbythe friction during Ohm's operation.This can extend the lifeofOhm.
