结构设计

净烟王为皮带式传动，单进风口，进出风口都设计为方形，可根据客户要求制作成多种方向选型。安装方便快捷，净烟王叶轮采用45#钢材制作，叶轮设计为双截弧形，永不沾油烟，油污。叶轮经过严格动平衡与静平衡校正。整体风机在运行过程中，风量大、风压高、噪音小、使用寿命可达20年之久。净烟王轴承更为神奇，轴承采用连体式轴承座，轴承浸泡在机油内，可达润滑降温效果明显，净烟王整机开料采用激光自动切割先进设备，焊接采用自动焊接机械手制作完成，从而达到全密封效果，保证了净烟主整机不漏油、漏水、漏风。净烟王设计可拆装式，可分为几大块给广大客户安装提供更加方便快捷的便利，净烟王最大的亮点是：免清洗，免维护，使用不堵塞，为使用商免去后顾之忧。
