施工工艺Constructionprocess
基面处理：混凝土基面预处理，打磨、清理，修补伸缩缝及孔洞等；
底漆层：涂刷V-30底油，滚涂施工；
砂浆层：用无缝中涂材料VSF-MF调配石英砂至施工所需厚度；
腻子层：用无缝中涂材料VSF-MF调配石英粉或双飞粉批刮腻子层，（建议刮涂一遍面涂VF-530)； 面漆层：用环氧自流平材料VF-530镊刮一遍。
涂层厚度：一般为1mm-3mm超4mm需压砂

Undercoat:ApplyV-30baseoil,rollercoatingconstruction;
Mortarcoat:Useseamlessmedium coatingmaterialVSF-MFtopreparequartz sand to therequired thicknessofconstruction;
Puttycoat:Usethe seamless medium coating materialVSF-MFtodeploy quartz powderordoubleflypowdertoscrapetheputty layer,(it isrecommendedto scrape and apply VF-530 onthe surface);
Topcoat:Scrapewithanepoxyself-levelingmaterialVF-530trowel.
