为认真贯彻国务院印发的《“十三五”旅游业发展规划》（国发〔2016〕70 号），积极响应《国务
院关于进一步促进旅游投资和消费的若干意见》，由亚太酒店协会、全国工商联房地产商会（简称“CRECC”）
等单位主办的 CRECC 海口峰会暨 2017 年亚太地区酒店合作论坛（以下简称：本峰会）定于 8 月 16 日 -18
日在海南省海口市鲁能希尔顿酒店召开，同时举行全联房地商会酒店投资商会换届大会、全国地产及酒店
投资商供给侧产业链联盟成立仪式、2017 全国地产及酒店投资商供给侧产业链展示交易会（简称：CRECC
博览交易会）、“一带一路”主题欢迎晚宴等活动。
本峰会规模约 3000 人，其中出席商会换届大会、联盟成立仪式及高峰论坛的代表约 500 人（商会理
事单位、会员单位代表及特邀嘉宾），参加开幕式、CRECC 博览交易会的精准目标客户、专业观众（关联
客户）约 2500 人。
本峰会以为参会者提供 “学习交流的机会、商务合作的平台、友谊升华的桥梁、投融资对接的纽带”

In an effort to respond to the Several Opinions of the State Council on Further Promoting Tourism Investment and Consumption, and as a bid to contribute to the
implementation of the Development Plan on Tourism of the 13th Five-Year Plan Period , Asia-Pacific Hotel Association(APHA) and China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce
(CRECC) are delighted to invite you to the CRECC Haikou Summit & 2017 Asia-Pacific Hotels Cooperation Forum, to be held between August 16 and 18, 2017 at Hilton Haikou
Meilan, Haikou, Hainan Province, China.

China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce
全联房地产商会（China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce，简称 CRECC），是由国务院批准成立、在民政部正式登
记注册的国家一级社团法人（登记号：4957），成立于 2001 年 12 月 12 日，业务主管单位为全国工商联，社团主管单位
为国家民政部。商会目前拥有会员企业 5500 多家，其中 890 多家为主板上市公司，同时还包括 30 多个省、市房地产商会
团体会员，会员来自房地产开发、建筑设计、金融投资、供应商等房地产产业链各个方面。
Directly led by All-China Federation of Industry& Commerce, China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (CRECC) is a national-level legal person registered
in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. Currently, it has over 5500 members, among which, more than 890 are China’s main board listing companies; there are also
group members from Real Estate Chamber of Commerce of over 30 Provinces and Municipalities, including real estate developers, financial investors, suppliers and
other areas of real estate industry chain.

Hotel Investors Assocition of CRECC
全联房地产商会酒店投资商会（简称“酒店投资商会”）是全联房地产商会直属机构，由投资旅游地产、商业地产或“酒
店＋房地产”发展模式的开发商、投资公司、投行、互联网金融机构、基金管理者及持有人，酒店及餐饮企业，上下游产
业链商家，与本行业领域相关的企业、团体和个人自愿结成的行业性、全国性、非营利性社会团体。
据不完全统计， 目前在中国约 70% 以上的中高端酒店业主是酒店投资商会的会员， 会员单位包括：金茂、万达、富力、
恒大、中粮、中信、中商、华侨城、招商、保利、鲁能、碧桂园、雅居乐、蓝光、绿地、明宇、开元、粤海、金陵、华住、
国开、高盛、贝恩资本、美高梅集团、澳门银河集团、香港霍英东集团等。

Purpose: Deepen the supply-side revolution in real estate and hotel investment nationwide; enhance the establishment of supply-side Industry Chain Alliance of China Real
Estate & Hotel Investors; build a new industrial ecosystem of mutual benefit across different areas and industries, covering real estate, tourism, hospitality and catering.
The members of the Alliance will become the recommended suppliers or service providers of Asia Pacific Hotel Association, China Real Estate Chamber of
Commerce(CRECC) and Hotel Investors Association of CRECC during their tenures. Meanwhile, the ceremony would enhance the multilateral partnerships among members by
sharing business opportunities, recommending clients, and maximizing resources sharing pool, market share and cooperation benefit.

《厨王争霸》为全国首创中外厨艺竞技真人秀，是典型的自主研发创新的原创节目，起源于 France Chef 国际厨艺一级
方程式赛事，是全球首个米其林星级厨艺赛事，一线名厨刘一帆先生担任厨艺总监。在节目中，中外两位大厨，率领各自的团
队，面对专家级厨师精选出的几十道神秘食材，逐一选出自己心仪的原料，并在规定时间内，克服食材与烹饪工具的限制，烹
饪出前菜、主菜、甜品，供 31 位挑剔的国际美食评委品尝，进行现场公开评判。节目以极高的国际水准和最专业的点评，代
表了美食竞技的最高水准。
CCTV-《厨王争霸》首次走进海南，文昌鸡、加积鸭、东山羊、和乐蟹、萝卜糕、菠萝包⋯⋯海南味道 香飘四方。
Originated from an international cooking competition themed as France Chef, The Greatest Chefs is the first global reality cooking competition show and also a
self-developed original program. As the first Michelin-starred culinary event around the world, Steven Liu, a top-notch chef in China was appointed as its director. Two
team led by a Chinese chef and a foreign one, need to choose favorable ingredients from dozens of given food materials and cook three courses including appetizer, entree
and dessert in limited time. 31 fastidious gourmet judges would grade the courses after savoring. The premium international cooking criterion and the highly professional
rating of the show stand for the highest level of cooking competition.
This is the first encounter of CCTV -The Greatest Chefs and Hainan Province, where those typical local delicious cuisines, like Wenhang chicken, Jiaji duck,
Dongshan goat, mud crab, fried white radish patty and pineapple bread etc., have rolled their welcome mat.
