Mechanical
1.Unable tostart
Analysis:First, check the power supply situation:whether the joint connection is firm; whether the switch contact is tight; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is lacking equal.If there isan open circuit,poor contact,blown fuse,or lack of phase,the cause should be found outand repaired in time.Secondly,check whether it is the mechanical failure of the pump itself. Common reasons are:the packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are blocked by debris;the pump shaft,bearing and leakage reduction ring are rusted; thepump shaft is severely bent, etc.
Remedy: loosen the packing and clear the water diversion groove; disassemble the pump body to remove sundriesand rust;remove the pump shaft for calibration or replace itwitha new one.
2.The water pump is hot
Analysis:Whether the motor and the water pump coupling are properly connected (the axis of the motorconnecting shaft is notright),the bearing isdamaged,the clearance of the roling bearing or the bracket coveris too small,the pumpshaft is bent,the balance hole on the impelleris blocked,the impeller isoutof balanceandincreases thrustto theside.
Remedy:replace the bearing;remove the back cover,adda gasket between the bracket and the bearing seat;lnvestigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts;Adjust the coupling properly;Add clean grease (motor bearing),grease (account forabout 6 0 % of the gap in the bearing;Remove the blockage in the balance hole.
3.Insufficient flowrate
Analysis:The powerspeed isnot matched,so the speed is low;the instalationangleof theaxial flow pump blade is too small;thelift is insuffcient,the pipeline is too long or the pipeline hasaright-angle bend;the suction liftis too high;the botom valve,pipeline and impellerarepartially blocked or Impeller defect; serious leakage of water outlet pipe.
Remedy:restore therated speed,adjust the bladeangle,reduce the installation positionof the water pump,shorten the pipelineor change the curvature of the pipeline,seal theair leakage of the waterpump,press the packing,remove theblockage,replace the impeler,replace the leakage reducing ring,block leaks.
4.No water suction
Analysis:There isair in the pumpbody or gas accumulation in the water inlet pipe,the water diversion is not enough to fillthe pump cavity, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking,and the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly.
Remedy:first press the waterup,then fillthe pump body with water,and thenstart the machine.At thesame time,check whether the check valve is tight,and whether there isair leakage in the pipeline and joint.If there isany leakage,applylubricating oil or blending paint to the joint after disassembly, tighten the screw,reduce the lift,and press the nozzle of the water pump. 0 . 5 \mathsf { m } into the water.
5.Mechanicalseal leaks
Working principle:Mechanical seal,also knownasend face seal,hasapairofend faces perpendicular to the rotating surface.Under the action offluid pressure and compensating mechanical external elastic force,the end face relies on the cooperation of the auxiliary seal to keep fit with the other end and slide relative to each other.,thereby preventing fluid leakage.
Replacement precautions:Because the mechanical seal runs together with the pump shaft for a long time,itisa wearingpart.Cavitation isstrictlyprohibited,andafter-salespersonnel must know how to replace the mechanical seal.If the replacement is not correct,it willcause water leakage in light,and wear on the shaft string of the pump or damage to the motor bearing in severe cases. (The replacementof themechanicalseal requiresactualoperation).
6.Bearing damage
Reason: Improper assemblyof the bearing,such as uneven tapping on the inner ring of the bearing during cold loading,which causes theshafto be worn,resulting in the loss ofthe interferencebetween theinnerringof the bearing and the bearing orthe reduction of the interference,and the phenomenon of running the inner ring occurs.When installing the motor end cover Uneven knocking causes the end cover bearing chamber and the bearing outer ring to fit too looselyand the outer ring runs out.The bearing cavityis notcleaned or the grease added is notclean,resulting indamage tothebearing raceway during operation,causing the temperature to rise too fast and burning the bearing.
Bearing Replacement:When replacing the bearing,the tool is used and the method of disassembly andassembly iscorrect.Use special tools todisassemble.For thecase thatthe bearing is leftin the end cover,theend cover can be placed upwardsand placed on two iron plates smoothly,anda piece of metal tube with a diametersmaler than the shaft diameter can be tapped on the pad to make the outer ring of the bearing bestressed,knock out the bearing;when instaling,the side with the mark should faceoutward.
Electronic control parts
1.Contactor failure
1)The contactor is stuck -the cause of the contactor being stuck is that dust or impurities have entered the contactor,causing the main contact to stick.Or the main line connectoris in poor contact, the three-phase current isunbalanced,oneof the phase current is too large,and the main contact sticks.There isalso the qualityof thecontactor itself,which needs tobereturned to thefactory for repairorreplacement.
2)The contactorcoil is burnt out-check whether thecoil voltage is too high,or there isavoltage that does not pullin.The normal resistance of the 220VAC contactor coil is: 370\~550Q.
2.Thermal relay failure
1)Reasonsand countermeasures forrefusal toact-the thermal relay does notmatch the motorand
other equipment.The rated seting value is too large or inappropriate,causing the thermal relay to refuse to operate.The rated technical parameters should be re-selected. /ideontimes Due to short circuit on the load sideor excessive load current.Repeated short-term operation frequency is too high or mechanical mechanism failure,so that the thermal relaycan not operate,resulting in thermal element burnout ordewelding refusal tooperate.The thermal relayshould be replaced withanewone.
3.Intermediaterelayfailure

3.The alarm shows that the sensor isabnormal (cannot resetautomatically)

2 Purpose
For the sake of convenience and safe operation of the equipment,the items and sequences of inspectionand maintenanceafter the equipment is runningare provided below.
3 Inspection items and procedures
3.1 Check the control cabinet and sensors
(1)Whether the display on the panel of the control cabinet and the status of the switch position are
normal (if there isa voltage orammeter,itshould beobservedwhether the displayedvoltage and
current are normal); (2)Whether the axial flow fan of the control cabinet is running normall; (3)If there isan alarmon the panel of the control cabinet,troubleshooting should be carried out
accordingto thespecificalarmcause; (4)Regularly clean the dust in the control cabinet,and check whetherthe connection of each cable
is firm; (5)Whether the status of each sensor connected to the control cabinet is normal.
3.2 Installation procedure
(1) Check whether there is water leakage at the connection parts of pipelinesand valvesand at the welding seams toprevent water leakage caused bydamage to gasketsor rubberwashers;
3.3 Check motor and pump
(1) Check whether the running direction of the motor is normal; (2)When theequipmentis turned offromwaterand then watered again,thewater pumpair release valve should be opened,and theair will return to itsoriginal stateafter theair is discharged; (3)If there is any abnormal noise in the operation of the motor and the water pump,equipment maintenanceshould be carried out according to the specific situation.
3.4Checkthe pressuretankand regulatingtank
3.4.1Pressure Tank Installation
3.4.1.1Use suitable bolts to fix the pressure tank on the solid concrete platform or the connection plateof the boostersystem
3.4.1.2The charging pressure requirements of the pressure tank,the factory pre-charging pressure is 1/3\~1/2of therated pressure of theequipment,and the gas ischarged according to the requirements of the pressure tank after arrvingatthe site.Some tank maker's pressure tanks without inflation requirements,thesupplementarygas shall be caried outaccording toour factory standards.If the pressure tank has pre-inflated pressure requirements, the required air pressure is 7 0 % of the rated pressure of the equipment,and it should be inflated as required.
3.4.1.3Do not over-pressurize the pressure tank.Pre-charge the pressure tank within the allowable ambient temperature of the pressure tank.If the pre-charge pressure of the pressure tank exceeds 4bar,the operation stepsare as follows:
① Adjust the pre-charge pressure of the pressure tank to 4bar; ② Install the pressure tank into the system; ③ Use the system to add water to the pressure tank,stop when it reaches the pre-charge pressure (4bar)of the pressure tank,and make the pressure tank airbag pressure balanced; ④ Increase the pre-charge pressure by up to 3bar each time,and then adjust the system pressure to thenew pre-charge pressure by injecting water into the system;
⑤ Repeat steps 3and 4 until the required pre-charge pressure is reached.
3.4.1.4 Valves shallbe installed on the pipelines connecting the pressure tanks,which can be used during commissioing and maintenance
3.4.1.5 Before the water pump is pressurized,the valve connected to the pressure tank must be opened,so that the natural pressure in theair bag of the pressure tank is flled with water,and the waterpumpcanbeoperatednormallyafterconfirming that it is full
3.4.1.6 Do not open the flange cover on the pressure tank during instalation,otherwise there will be dangerand air leakage,which will also affect the service lifeof the pressure tank airbag.
3.4.2Pressure Tank Maintenance
3.4.2.1The pressure tank should check the air pressure every month when the equipment is just commissioned and run,and every quarter after the equipment has been used for one year.
3.4.2.2When checking the pre-charge pressure of the pressure tank,it is necessary to close the valve connecting the pressure tank to the system,drain the water in the pressure tank,and refillte pressure tank when necessary.
3.4.2.3When the air pressure of the pressure tank is lower than 1/3\~1/2 of the rated pressure of the equipment required by the factory,or lower than theair pressure required by the pressure tank,it needs to be supplemented,and the gas supplementation steps should be inaccordance with 3.4.1.3. 3.4.2.4 Check the pressure tank and find whether there is water discharged from the inflation port. It is necessary to confirm whether theair bag is damaged.The air bag confirmation method is as follows:
① Drain the water and gas in the pressure tank,check whether the fixing screws of the flange cover on the pressure tank are loose,and tighten them immediately if they are loose; ② Use the air compressor to inflate the pressure tank.If gas is discharged from the inlet of the pressure tank,it is judged that the air bag is damaged and theairbag needs to be replaced. 3.4.2.5 Before dismantling pressure-bearing parts such as pressure gauges,flanges orair valves, be sure to drain the water and airin the pressure tank,otherwise personal injuryand property damage may be caused.
Remarks:Diffrent brands of pressure tanks may have special requirements.Be sure to read the instructions provided by the pressure tank carefully before use.
3.4.3During regular inspections,open thecapof thesecondary protection deviceabove the regulat
ingtank to check whether the secondary float alarm device is functioning,to prevent the secondary floatalarmdevice fromfailing toissueanalarmafter theprimary float isdamaged,resulting inThe floating ball cannotbe replaced in time elephant.
3.4 Check the operating environment of the equipment
(1) Whether the ventilation of the equipment operating environment is normal;
(2)Whether the temperature and humidity of the equipment operating environment are normal;
