1、QDX/QX系列小型潜水电泵,由水泵、密封、电动机三部分组成。电机们于电泵上部,为单相或者三相异步电动机机构,水泵们于电动机下部,采用上吸水式结构,可以防止因电泵陷入污泥而发生堵塞的现象。外形采用精密铸造和不锈钢机筒,美观大方,具有防锈、耐腐蚀、无污染等特点。广泛用于各种特殊要求如化、海水养殖、食品饮料等使用场合。
2、电泵采用双端机机械密封装置,具有密封可靠使用安全的特点。密封件及电缆线根据介质条件使用耐腐蚀氟橡胶,安全卫生。
3、泵的整体结构紧,体积小、重量轻、检修方便,潜水液下即可使用。电泵内部安装有过热电流保护罩,防止电机因过载而过热。

电泵在下列使用条件下应能连续工作正常:
1、介质温度不超过60℃,介质中含有固体杂质的体积比不超过0.1%,粒度不大于0.2mm,介质PH值为4\~10之间。
2、电机潜入液深度不超过5m,电机露出液面部分不超过电机的1/2。

水泵机组
水泵是恒压变频供水设备最基础的产品,是给水设备实现其供水能力的根本保证,为HCB恒压变频供水设备配套的水泵为我公司生产的CDL、CDLF、DL、GDL等系列水泵;
气压贮能器(气压罐、膨胀)贮能器是成套供水设备中的组成部分其作用为:
1、贮能停机保压,确保随时开龙头有水。
2、应付少量供水及正常的管网泄露。
变频控制柜
按控制程序不同,可选择主泵固定变频,其余备泵自动递次交替轮换工作的运行方式,也可选择主泵、备泵一起递次交替轮换工作的运行方式,主、备泵互为备用,以防备用泵长期不用生锈。

设备运行原理
设备首先启动一台主泵运行,当供水压力达到设定值且水泵供水流量与用户用水量达到平衡时,水泵电机稳定在某一转速。
当用水量增加时,水泵将加速至另一稳定转速,当用水量继续加且变频器输出频率达到50HZ(即电机转速达到最大转速)时,系统运行有两种方式:
1、系统系统只有两台主泵和一台辅泵,此时系统起动辅泵投入工频运行,主泵继续变频运行,当用水量减少时,变频泵频率下降到设定频率下限时,系统自动关闭工频泵,当用水量几乎接近零时,主泵自动进入休眠,由小泵维持系统压力。当用水量增加时,系统自动唤醒主泵。
2、系统主泵台数在三台及三台以上,此时系统将变频泵切换工频运行,变频器切换到下一台泵运行,每当变频泵达到最大转速时,都将发生上述切换。当用水量减少时,变颊泵频率下降到设定频率下限时,系统按先加先减的顺序,逐台关闭工频泵,直到剩下一台泵变频运行。若系统带有小泵或气压,主泵可以休眠,由小泵或气压罐维持系统压力。

安装
1、电器控制柜的布置和安装
布置在易观察、易操作及易检修的地方。
布置在正常工作条件下,确保电源容量。
按电气设备的安装技术标准按照。
进户电源到控制柜的电源之间要单独设置一只容量足够的空气开关。
控制柜输出端严禁使用电力电容器进行功率因素补偿。
控制柜等金属外壳设备必须可靠接地,接地电阻不大于102
2、水泵机组的布置和安装
设备就位后用水平仪找平,其纵横水平度应小于 0.1%_{\circ}
设备安装找平后,用膨胀水泥对基础进行二次灌浆,保养24小时后再进行配管。
水泵机组应比泵房地面适当高出。
为维修方便,水泵及泵房内管路附件同相同的水泵、管路、附件以及墙壁和其他设备之间留有足够的距离,便于维修人员接近和操作。
对于较大型设备,其管路及附件应有支撑件,以防水泵泵壳承受较大的压力而损坏。
水泵吸水管应有适当的坡度,最好采用自式。
3、压力传感器的安装压力传感器(压力变送器)应垂直安装在出水总管的适当
部位(该处的水流要平稳)。

调试
设备的调试须在设备安装完毕后方可进行,调试按下列步骤进行:
1、设备使用前应盘动水泵转子,应无摩擦,卡滞现象。
2、控制仪表及管路无损坏。
3、全开水泵进口阀,关闭出水口阀,逐一打开泵的排气阀、待液体充满泵腔后关闭气阀。
4、接好压力传感器的信号线,信号线应采用屏蔽线并与动力线分开布线。
5、接了电机动力线,水泵出厂时,电机接线端子一般为:△接法,若采用Y-△降压启动,则将电机接线端子的短路片拆开,六根线按图纸标号接入。
6、手动试机,把功能转换开关打到“手动”位置,手动试运行各台泵,调整电机的旋转方向。
7、自动试机,当功能转换开关处在“自动”位置,确认变频调速泵的旋转方向是否与手动工類时一致,如不一致,则必须把变频调速器的输出端子三根线中的任意二根进行对调。(对调时必须先断开电源)

系统没有蓄水池等土建储水设施,节省了占地面积,降低了建筑承载负荷,因而大大降低了投资费用。
节能运行费用

设备运行原理
无负压罐工作原理:无负压的进水口与自来水管网连接,出水口与水泵连接直至用户,当自来水进入无负压中时,无负压中水位逐渐上升,无负压罐中空气通过无负压自动排气阀自动排出,使无负压罐内与外界连通,形不成压力。当无负压罐中的水位升至到一定水位时,无负压阀接到水位信号后,就关闭自动排气阀,使无负压罐内慢慢形成压力,随着管网内的水不断进入,无负压内的压力逐渐增大,一直到无负压罐内的压力与进水管网的压力平衡后,无负压罐内的水位才能稳定。当水泵用水量增大时,或者自来水管网水量变小时,无负压罐的气压逐渐膨胀,水位逐渐下降,当水位低于规定水位后,无负压阀接到水位下降信号后,开启自动进气阀,使无负压罐内形不成真空,致使水泵形不成吸程,也就破坏不掉自来水管网的自然压力。当水泵继续进行,无负压端内再也没有水量补充或自来水管网停水时,水泵通过液位控制器信号自动停止运行(这样避免书泵空转导致损坏)。当自来水管网又恢复供水时,水泵接压力传感器信号后自动恢复运行,无负压罐内的水位也随之上升,无负压内的气压逐渐压缩,这样避免了系统在恢复压力过程中遣成水压的剧烈冲击。
当自来水管网内的压力低于用户所需要的压力时,通过变频器调节转速的功能实施一台水泵软启动运行,当第一台水泵直至全速运行不能达到用户所需压力时,第二台水泵接信号相继软启动运行,第二台还不能满足所需压力时,第三台相继启动,直至达到供水要求。如果自来水管网压力逐渐升高,微机会自动控制水泵逐台停止,自来水就可直接供到最高点。这样既能充分利用自来水管网压力又能解决了因设备停电无水设备的缺点。

设备现场注意事项
一、设备调试前应具备的条件
1、使用前应清理现场,并用手盘水泵转子有无摩擦,卡带等现象。
2、控制系统的柜体应安装在清洁、干燥、无滴水的场合,且无腐蚀或导电性粉尘(保护等级2),应做好各种防护工作。3、电源进线要求为三相五线制,电压要求:380X (1±10%) 进入电控系统的柜体方式为下进线制(若有特殊要求,则需提前告诉技术部);零线、PE线分别在零线绝缘端子、接地铜排上;三根相线接到我方控制系统的主接线端子上,要求压接铜接头、塘锡处理、并且固定牢靠。
4、电气布线穿管必须在预制地面前,按厂家或(设计单位)的穿管图铺设穿线套管,钢管必须高于预制地面一点距离并套丝,接好电机线,信号线需调试人员指导安装。
5、管道对接设备前一定要冲洗,调试前一定要备足好水源(放水前应观测液位计的显示高度,以防缺水),泵不能空转调试,否则会损坏设备。
6、使用临时电源调试时,现场一定要砸接地级,接地极深度大于 0.7\mathtt{m} ,接好地线,更换电源后需手动校正正反转。

二、设备运行中应注意事项
1、水泵不应在出口阀门全闭的情况下长期运行,更不能空运转。2、运行时轴承温度不得高于75℃,水泵运行500小时应对轴承加一次油。
3、调动、试机与供水时,必须保证外部三相电源的稳定性,也要保证水源充足,以免电机干转。
4、触摸屏的供电电源为直流24V电源,通电后延时二秒后,触摸屏进入软件组态控制和参数开始状态。使用时只须轻轻的按压界面按钮即可达到控制的目的,严禁用坚硬的物品和器件磁触触摸屏的任何地方。
5、电控系统内主开关合闸,然后将控制电源单极开关合上,进行设备的手动和自动操作。设备在运行时,严禁操作自动/手动”转换开关。只有在设备完全停止后才能操作此开关。
6、降低启动的设备,严禁频紧地启动,否则有可能造成设备的损坏。变频器和控制柜壳要可靠接地。
7、维护与检修变频器时,需断开主电源5分钟后才能操作。8、人员对设备进行检修和维护。需不定期的检查电控系统内的接线螺丝松紧程度,以确保电线接触面的可靠(必须将进线电源切断)。消防供水设备必须将面板上的“手动/自动”主令开关打至自动位置,以便自动运行对消防泵进行定期巡检,并在接收到消防信号时能自动启动消防泵。

三、现场异常情况
设备如果出现报警故障不能自动时,可参考(故障分析表)自动排除或采取手动应急供水。必要时需通知当地维修人员到现场进行排查。
注:没有受过专业培训的人员请勿自行维修,否则将出现严重后果。

控制方式
Control mode
液位控制:该控制柜应配高性能浮球开关,根据液位的高、低的变化,自动控制给排水系统水泵的工作或启停;
压力控制:外接电接点压力表或压力开关,可根据管路压力的变化,实现自动启停,该控制设备大量应用于生活给水及消防增压系统。该设备间时适用浮球开关,限位开关及遥控等各种控制方式,控制泵的工作或停止;
温度控制:外接温度传感器,根据设定的温度范围进行控制泵的启停。广泛应用于恒温,热交换系统等需温度控制的场合;
时间控制:控制设备中设有适当的时间控制器,可根据用户实际需要设定时问,控制设备则可在设定的时问内控制泵的启停。适用于各种定时或有规律问歇的工作方式的控制系统中;
变频恒压控制:采用变频调整控制时,设备可根据管道内流量的变化(压力)自动调节水泵的转速,保持供水压力恒定不变,可大幅度节约能源。可设定频循环启动,即每台泵的启动均由变频器启动,变频启动运行后一台泵时,前一台泵切换至工频运行,减泵时按先开先关的原则进行:
空调专用控制:该设备为空调水泵设计的派套产品。水泵开启由控制中心操作,水泵能预先拧时输出一个供制冷机组连机的控制接点,实现必须先开泵,后开机组的控制程序,确保机组的安全运行;
消防专用控制:该控制设备按国家消防规范设计,消防系统用泵及喷淋用泵的控制可由:

潜水泵专用控制:该控制设备结合潜水的使用特点,具有主回路短路、缺相、过载以及漏水、电机绕组过热、过电流保护。采用液位浮球开关可自动启停潜水泵,无需专人看管。

Temperature control:Whenmountedwithanexternal temperaturesensor,itcancontrolthepump'sstarting andstopping subjecttothesettemperaturerange.Itswidely appliedfor occasions requlring temperature control,such as constant temperatureandheatexchangesystems.
Timecontrol:Apropertimecontrollerismountedinsidethe controlsystem.Withthecontroller.timeissetin accordancewith actualneedsofusers,and thecontrolsystem can control the pump'sstarting andstoppingat the set time.It'sapplicable for control systemswithtimingorregularly intermittentworkingmodes;
Frequency conversion constant pressure control:To adoptfrequencyconversionadjusting andcontrol,thesystemcan adjustthewaterpump'srevolutionspeedautomatically,subjectto flow changes(pressure) inside the pipeline,andkeep the water supply pressure constant,thus saving energy substantially. Its avallable for setting frequency clrculation starting,that is,each punp is started by thetransducer,and when the next pump is started andrunsthroughfrequencyconversion,thepreviouspump isswitchedtopowerfrequencyforrunning;andreductionofpumps shall follow thisprinciple:first start first stop;
Dedlcated control for alr-condltlonlng:This system is a supportivepraduct designed for airconditioningwaterpumps.The waterpumpisstartedbythecontrol center.Thewaterpumpcan sendacontrol contactpointforconnectionoftherefrigerationunit inadvancetorealize thiscontrolprocedure:itsnecessarytostart thepumpfirstand theunitsecond,thusensuring safeoperation of theunit;
Dedlcated fire control:This control system isdesigned as perfire-fighting specifications of China,and thepumps usedforfire systemsandsprinklingcanbecontrolledby:
1.the casing panel manually;
2.Fire hydrant switchesforstarting;
3.by thefire control center for starting.and signalsof pump starting and stopping are sent to the flre control center through contactpointsforindications;
Dedicated control for submersible pumps:This control systemcombinesworkingfeaturesofsubmergingandisprovided withprotectionsfromshortcircuit,openphaseandoverloadofmajor loops,waterleakage,overheatingofmotorwindingsandovercurrent. Witha liquid level float switch,itcanstartandstopsubmersible pumpsautomatically.unnecessaryforbeing attended.
