IBA DOCK is an ideal model for city transformation that Germany designed to cope with climate change. Situated by
the Elbe, IBA DOCK is a typical floating building, as well as the biggest floating building in Germany. The three-floor

according to the tide of Elbe, with 3.5 m maximum height.
