THERMOSTATIC RADIATOR VALVE CORE
Application
Integrated thermostatic valves with a pre-regulation function are used in radiator systems, through which the flow rate
at each end can be balanced. Thermostatic valves with a pre-setting/precise pre-setting function make it possible to
achieve precise hydraulic balance in order to obtain the required flow rate at all heating ends. This function works on
the assumption that the set value is suitable for practical operation. It is imperative to adhere to the lowest possible
flow deviation. The integrated valve can be used for normal temperature difference or high temperature difference of
two pipe pump heating system, can also be used for single pipe heating system.

The 1THA001 model is an electronic programmable thermostatfor radiator valve control. It controls the radiator by

Feature
Automatic air vents with external float are designed to remove the air that is released from the water when it is
heated and which accumulates at the top of radiators, limiting the normal heat exchange process and giving rise
to noise and corrosion.
The air vent has been constructed so that it can be installed on any type of heating emitters ranging from the
traditional cast iron radiators to the thin steel panel radiators.
All models are equipped with a hygroscopic safety cap.

IDC safety relief valves are used for pressure control and protection for below systems:
• Boilers in heating system
• Hot water cylinders in the domestic hot water system
• Water system
When the calibrated pressure is reached, the valve opens and discharges the excess pressure which would be dangerous
for the boiler and the components in the system itself.
Installation
• Safety relief valves must be installed by qualified technical person.

The pressure independent control valve is a device composed of an automatic flow rate regulator and a control valve with
