高频黏合木材的工作原理：将高频电压加诸于工件的黏合面，使工件及黏合剂的分子产生激烈旋转、震动。通过分子间的摩擦使工件和黏合剂从内部发热，使黏合剂间固化，由于它是使工件自身发热实现的黏合，并非通过外部加热，故此节能而且高效。
