4104 Series Eccentric V-Shape Ball valve
4104 Series eccentric butterfly valve and seal ring using a unique
eccentric structure, with a compact structure, good sealing
performance, long service life and so on, with both functions of
regulating and cutting off. Widely used in chemical, electric power,
textile, food, medicine, paper and other industries on the process
medium for cutoff or regulation control.
The use performance of this product leading domestic, up to the
international advanced level!
The nominal pressure level of this series of products are :
ANSI150Lb, ANSI300Lb, PN (MPa) 1.6. 4.0. 6.4; service
temperature -60 ~ 450 ℃; metal sealing type sealing Class V, soft
seal type is Class V, and even up to zero leakage; flow
characteristics are approximate equal percentage.
Characteristics
· Valve body adopts whole casting technology, compact
structure, small volume, good pressure resistance;
· V-shape ball core eccentric mounting. When closing, the
ball core generates an eccentric force, which causes the
ball core to press against the seal ring to achieve the best
sealing effect; when opening, the ball core and the seal ring
are quickly disengaged, which effectively prevents the seal
ring from wearing out; There are two types of seal
rings for selection, soft seal and metal hard seal, to meet
the requirements of different working conditions, the sealing
surfaces are made of build-up welding Steillet alloy and
can be used for some of the more demanding working
conditions;
· Due to the usage of eccentric structure, the operating
torque is greatly reduced and the allowable differential
pressure of the valve is increased;
· The surface of ball core is hardened, smooth and wearresistant after grinding, and the sealing surface can be build
-up welded with Steillet alloy;
· Simple flow paths, high flow capacity and adjustable
ratios of up to 100;
· V-shape ball core and seal ring have a shearing effect at
the moment of closure, it can cut off fiber and extrusion of
particulate matter in the medium, especially for pulp,
sewage and other media containing fiber, particulate matter
, and also for general media;
· Standard actuator (pneumatic piston, electric) are

small structure, large output force, accurate action, and
strong interchangeability between single-action and
double-action.
