极高的除湿剂上胶率
ProHyTek公司生产的HTS硅胶转轮具有高达82%的活性硅胶上胶率，因而具有出色的吸湿能力，能够满足绝大多数应用领域的除湿要求；HTM分子筛转轮含有高达37%的分子筛、45%的活性硅胶，在低湿、高温或碱性环境下具有极佳的除湿能力，可以用于露点温度要求很低的除湿领域。HTH氧化锂转轮含有81%的活性硅胶、2%的氧化锂和大约0.1%的抗菌添加剂，专门用于对抗菌有严格要求的应用领域。

LZ-H系列蜂巢转轮除湿机主要是用来对吸湿性较强的工程塑料进行高效率的除湿作业，本公司所采用的蜂巢转轮在理想状态下露点可达到- 5 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf C ，全系列采用P.I.D温控系统为标准装置，另提供PLC控制搭配LCD触控式人机界面供选购，提供可实时监控机器除湿效果的露点计供选配，该系列产品共有14种机型最大干燥风量可达4000m/hr。

蜂巢转轮
Honeycomb
蜂巢转轮的主体由陶瓷及有机添加剂制成之陶质蜂巢构成，再以分子筛及矽胶为基本材料经高温结品使之表面坚硬并强力吸附蜂巢内部，故不会如同一般筒装或专盘式分子筛因老化后产生粉粒随干燥风吹入干燥桶污染塑料，而且蜂巢转轮之寿命无限制又可以清洗，不像一般分子极易于饱和或老化必须经常更换，潮湿回风穿过蜂巢转轮的无数小孔时水份将迅速被分子筛吸收，故当它离开蜂巢时已被完全除湿并达到非常较低之露点的干燥风，再生与除湿原理相似而且同时进行，只是再生风流向相反。
